本地自性未识法身故，无明分别迷乱我忏悔。 ཏཱ༔（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 自明五智之界中，无碍金刚亥母之前，未识明朗报身为过失，习气深厚所缚我忏悔。 རེ༔（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 种种神变显现之自性，化现转变金刚瑜伽母，未识任运化身为过失，烦恼执着所缚我忏悔。 ཏཾ༔（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 若证三身融于心，未证二取绳索缚，自生坛城圣众前，执为他异我忏悔。 སྭཱ༔（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 所忏烦恼迷乱业，能忏心性三身尊，现前了知自面目，往昔未识罪过我忏悔。 ཧཱ༔（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 往昔无明愚昧所蔽障，如今轮涅诸法皆，心性法身虚空界，无有能忏所忏而解脱。 萨玛雅！ 此乃胜义忏悔，纵经百千劫之罪堕，以此忏悔无疑虑。 具缘之子当修持，莫使誓言失手中，教藏护法善守护！ 如今莫弘扬，大乐汝，化为珍宝地之藏，愿与具缘者相遇！ 萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 圆满忏悔，自解脱违誓。

Not knowing the ground itself as the Dharmakaya, I confess the delusion of ignorance and conceptualization. TAH! Within the expanse of the five self-luminous wisdoms, Before the unimpeded Vajravarahi, Not realizing clarity as the Sambhogakaya, I confess being overpowered by the weight of habitual patterns. REH! Within the nature where miracles arise in every way, To the transformation and emanation Vajrayogini, Not realizing whatever arises as the Nirmanakaya, I confess being bound by the clinging of afflictions. TAM! If realized, the three kayas merge into the mind, If not realized, bound by the fetters of dualistic grasping. Before the spontaneously arisen mandala of the assembly of noble ones, I confess holding them as different and other. SVAH! The actions of delusion and afflictions to be confessed, The mind itself, the three kayas, the deity who confesses, Having directly known one's own face, I confess the faults of not knowing in the past. HAH! Before, obscured by the darkness of ignorance, Now, all phenomena of samsara and nirvana, Within the space of the mind itself, the Dharmakaya, Confession and confessor are liberated without existence. Samaya! This is the ultimate confession, Even the sins and downfalls of hundreds of thousands of kalpas, There is no doubt that they are purified by this. Fortunate sons, take this into practice, Do not let the samaya slip from your hands! May the protectors of the teachings and treasures seal it! Now, do not propagate it, great bliss you, Transform into a treasure of precious earth, May you meet with those who have karmic connections! Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Completion of confession, self-liberation of broken samayas.
