ས་པ་ནི༔ ཧོ་རིག་པ་འཛིན་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ཁྱོད༔ མཆོད་བསྟོད་བརྟེན་པ་མ་གཡེལ་བར༔ རྟག་ཏུ་གཏེར་སྲུང་འདི་མཆོད་ཅིག༔ དཀར་མོ་ཉི་ཟླ་འཁོར་བཅས་ཀྱིས༔ འགོ་ཞིང་སྡོང་གྲོགས་མ་གཡེལ་བར༔ སློབ་བུ་འདི་དང་དུས་ནམ་ཡང༔ མི་འབྲལ་ལུས་དང་གྲིབ་བཞིན་མཛོད༔ ས་མ་ཡཱ༔ སླར་ཡང་གཏང་རག་མཎྚལ་ཕུལ༔ འདི་ནི་བཀའ་གཉན་ཟབ་ཆེ་བས༔ ཀུན་ལ་སྤེལ་ན་བཀའ་ཆད་འོང༔ འདི་ཡི་སྲོག་དབང་ཐོབ་ནས་སུ༔ མཆོད་གསོལ་སྙིང་ནས་བརྟེན་ནུས་ན༔ ཕྲིན་ལས་སྒྲུབ་པར་ཐེ་ཚོམ་མེད༔ ས་མ་ཡཱ༔ རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔ ཅེས་རིག་འཛིན་འགྲོ་འདུལ་གསང་སྔགས་གླིང་པས་གུ་རུའི་ལུང་བཞིན་གཏེར་ནས་གདན་དྲངས་ཏེ་ཤོག་སེར་ལས་ཕབ་པའི་ཡི་གེ་པ་ནི་ཆོས་དབང་ཕྲིན་ལས་དར་རྒྱས་ཀྱིས་བསྐུལ་བཞིན་བྲིས་པ་ཀུན་ནས་ཀུན་ཏུ་དགེ་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག གཏེར་བསྲུང་དཀར་མོ་ཉི་ཟླའི་སྲོག་གཏད།

萨帕尼！ 霍！持明瑜伽士您！ 供养赞颂依靠莫懈怠， 恒时供养此伏藏守护。 白度母日月眷属众， 引导扶助莫懈怠， 与此弟子无论何时， 如影随形不分离。 萨玛雅！（藏文：ས་མ་ཡཱ།，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：誓言） 再献酬谢曼扎。 此乃教诫严厉甚深故， 若向众人传播将受惩罚。 谁人获得此命权后， 若能从内心依靠供养祈祷， 成办事业毫无疑问。 萨玛雅！（藏文：ས་མ་ཡཱ།，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：誓言） 嘉嘉嘉！（藏文：རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ།，梵文天城体：ग्या ग्या ग्या，梵文罗马拟音：gya gya gya，汉语字面意思：封印！封印！封印！） 如是持明调伏众生秘密咒士以古汝之授记，从伏藏迎请后抄录于黄纸之上，书写者乃是秋旺成列达吉受劝请而书写，愿一切时中皆吉祥！ 伏藏守护白度母日月的命托。

Sapa Ni! Ho! You, the Vidyadhara Yogi! Without being negligent in offering praise and reliance, Always worship this treasure protector. White Tara, with the sun, moon, and retinue, Without being negligent in guiding and assisting, May you never be separated from this disciple, Like a body and its shadow. Samaya! Again, offer a mandala of gratitude. Because this is a strict and profound teaching, If it is spread to everyone, there will be punishment. Whoever obtains the empowerment of this life, If they can rely on offerings and prayers from the heart, There is no doubt that they will accomplish activities. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Thus, Rigdzin Dro Dul Sangngak Lingpa, according to the Guru's prophecy, retrieved it from the treasure and transcribed it on yellow paper. The scribe, Chöwang Trinley Dargye, wrote it at the urging, may it be auspicious in every way! The life entrustment of the treasure protector White Tara, Sun, and Moon.
