土地成就之，行事业空行母众之意誓言圆满。八界近惑二十有八者，于处所清净，乃智慧界之妙用。大坛城之边沿护卫周围，二十八自在母意誓言圆满。所取能取根本烦恼三十二清净，真实不杂十八具意义。守护内外障碍作事业，三十二空行母及敬之意誓言圆满。五界五自在五境五毒等，于处所清净，乃威严之化身众。调伏十方邪引魔众之，教敕轮猛厉法二十之意誓言圆满。慈与悲及喜与舍四之，妙用中生起，守护四方之宫殿。息增怀诛作事业之，事业门母四之意誓言圆满。不善十及所取与能取二，完全清净乃智慧界之妙用。教敕与誓言严厉之守卫，橛守护誓言者十二意誓言圆满。未舍三毒以悲愤之身，与三解脱及本有俱足。以方便邪引一切摧灭作，贝甲海螺之士夫意誓言圆满。教敕与誓言严厉之掌管者，意与法之界等象征者。方便智慧自性日与月庄严，一姊妹白女日月意誓言圆满。总之从前世有缘之神，有之橛秘密剃刀之，教敕轮化身誓言者众眷属。一百二十八神众意誓言圆满。稳固与动摇之界等无余，所取能取束缚任何未玷污。未造作本成威严之大宫殿，显有立基坛城意誓言圆满。外之曼扎四洲须弥山与，内之曼扎五蕴自在所摄。秘密之曼扎界智智慧之，三座有之橛意誓言圆满。于界中宫殿智慧嘿汝嘎，分别念何现乃主与眷属之相。无数广大胜者之云聚现，忆圆满金刚童子意誓言圆满。吽 舍，其他圆满意誓言之誓物乃，共同外供及自生内供与，坛供施解脱供养意誓言圆满。

To accomplish the earth, I fulfill the heart commitments of the working dakinis. The eight realms and twenty-eight secondary afflictions are purified in their place, becoming the power of the wisdom realm. The great mandala's boundary protects the surroundings, I fulfill the heart commitments of the twenty-eight powerful women. May the root afflictions of grasping and fixation, the thirty-two, be purified. The eighteen that are genuine and unmixed are meaningful. Performing the work of protecting against outer and inner obstacles, I fulfill the heart commitments of the thirty-two dakinis and ging. The five realms, five powers, five objects, and five poisons, are purified in their place, becoming a gathering of glorious emanations. Taming the heretical guides and obstructors of the ten directions, I fulfill the heart commitments of the twenty fierce methods of command. From the power of the four immeasurables of love, compassion, joy, and equanimity, arise and protect the palaces of the four directions. Performing the actions of pacifying, increasing, empowering, and wrathful, I fulfill the heart commitments of the four activity gatekeepers. The ten non-virtues and the two of grasping and fixation, are completely purified, becoming the power of the wisdom realm. The strict guards of command and samaya, I fulfill the heart commitments of the twelve samaya-bound protectors of the phurba. Without abandoning the three poisons, with a body wrathful with compassion, inherently possessing the three liberations, with skillful means, utterly destroying all who lead astray, I fulfill the heart commitments of the person of rhino hide, iron, and conch. Holding the strict responsibilities of command and samaya, symbolizing the realms of mind and dharma, adorned with the nature of skillful means and wisdom, Surya and Chandra, I fulfill the heart commitments of the white sister, the sun and moon. In short, the deities connected from previous lifetimes, the phurba of existence, the secret razor, with the retinue of command, emanations, and samaya-bound ocean, I fulfill the heart commitments of the one hundred and twenty-eight deities. All the realms of the stable and moving, without exception, undefiled by any bonds of grasping and fixation, the great palace of unmade, spontaneously accomplished glory, the mandala established as the basis of appearance and existence, I fulfill its heart commitment. The outer mandala of the four continents and Mount Meru, the inner mandala of the five aggregates and faculties, the secret mandala of the wisdom of the realm of space and awareness, I fulfill the heart commitments of the three seats, the phurba of existence. From the realm of space, the palace of awareness, Heruka, whatever thoughts arise as the form of the main deity and retinue, manifesting countless, vast clouds of victorious ones, I fulfill the heart commitment of the youthful Vajra, complete in memory. Hūṃ hrīḥ, furthermore, the samaya substances for fulfilling the heart commitments are, the common outer offerings and the self-arisen inner offerings, and by the offerings of Tenga and Shi-dol, I fulfill the heart commitments.

Various banners and flags are waving, eye-catching ornaments are offered, fulfilling the samaya; The sound of various musical instruments such as skull drums and thighbone trumpets, resounding like summer thunder, fulfills the samaya; The clouds of incense, meat, and great fat, moving like autumn clouds, fulfills the samaya; The smell of bile, blood, pus, fat, and steam pervading, fulfills the samaya; Pieces of flesh and piles of bones, like a collapsing mountain, fulfills the samaya; Human head hearts and the forms of subduing obstacles in the ten directions, piled up in the space of all directions, fulfills the samaya; Garuda and other birds, lions and other clawed beasts, and many running wild animals, fulfills the samaya; A million craftsmen wielding knives, fulfills the samaya; A million throwing linga arrows, fulfills the samaya; The command cycle gods, yakshas, and the eight classes, fulfills the samaya; In short, the deities of the Vajrakila mandala, and all their retinues, fulfills the samaya; Fulfilling the samaya, confessing violations, mistakes, and impairments; Having purified, requesting the Vajra body, speech, and mind, virtues and activities, grant the supreme siddhi; Samaya (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：ས་མ་ཡཱ།，समय，samaya，vow/samaya); Whoever practices in this way, all samaya impairments will be fulfilled; Obtain supreme and common siddhis; All the Dharma protectors, oath-bound guardians, being pleased, all entrusted tasks will be accomplished; Samaya (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：ས་མ་ཡཱ།，समय，samaya，vow/samaya); Gya Gya Gya (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ།，，，Vast Vast Vast)! This was brought forth by the great tamer of beings, Sangngak Lingpa, from the right side of the Drakri Sengchen Gyingdra (Rock Mountain resembling a Proud Lion) on the sacred Lung Palgyi Riwö (Valley Glorious Mountain), the heartland of Do Kham (region in Tibet).
