里热玛德，某某的命，诛！ 德嘎拉，吾拉热匝，阿亚玛，德热匝，夏纳！ 命心林，取出诛！ 碎为微尘，吞，匝！ 此后诛杀咒： 嗡，玛热摩，药叉，嘎里，仇敌的命，诛匝！ 形如碎片！ 心识粉碎！ 眼珠爆裂！ 心血倾洒！ 命断！ 气绝！ 肺心血红肉，拿来！ 如是念诵直至出现验相！ 成就之相乃亲见本尊！ 勾招之相乃林伽摇动！ 发出噼啪之声，且有撞击之感！ 诛法之相乃林伽发出嚓嚓之声！ 毒气腐臭之味散发！ 杀法之相乃火供中流血！ 肺心奉上，饮颅血！ 显现于觉受、梦境之中！ 萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 此乃降伏有情持明者秘密咒语洲（གསང་སྔགས་གླིང་པ，生卒年不详）从黄纸上取出的，书写者乃图丹江央给贝（ཐུབ་བསྟན་འཇམ་དབྱངས་དགྱེས་པ，生卒年不详），以此善业，愿此甚深伏藏传遍四面八方！ 善哉！ 大护法神的劝请。

Li re mati, the life of so-and-so, strike! Duh ka la u la ra tsa a ya ma du ru tsa sha na! Life-heart linga, extract, strike! Shatter into dust, swallow, dza! Then the killing mantra is: Om, ma rakmo, yaksha, kali, the life of the enemy, strike dza! Form like fragments! Consciousness shattered! Eyeballs burst! Heart blood spilled! Life cut off! Breath exhausted! Lungs, heart, red blood meat, bring it! Recite this until a sign appears! The sign of accomplishment is seeing the deity directly! The sign of summoning is the linga moving! A crackling sound is heard, and there is a feeling of impact! The sign of striking is the linga making a tsak tsak sound! The smell of poison and rot emanates! The sign of killing is blood flowing in the homa! Lungs and heart offered, skull blood drunk! Appears in experience and dreams! Samaya! Gya gya gya! This was taken from a yellow scroll by Dro Dul Rigdzin Sangngak Lingpa, and the scribe was Thubten Jamyang Gyepe. By this virtue, may this profound treasure spread and flourish in all directions!
