ཡེངས་མེད་ཀྱི་རི་དྭགས་འཕྱོ། །བདེ་གསལ་མི་རྟོག་གི་རྩ་ཆུ་ཟ། །དགོན་པ་ཞིག་མཛད་ན་དེ་ན་མཛོད། །བདག་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་རི་ཁྲོད་ཀྱི་དགོན་པ་འགྲིམ། །ཞེས་པ་འབྲི་གུང་དུ་དགེ་འདུན་ཚོགས་པ་གཏོས་ཆེས་དྲགས་པས་ཐུགས་ཅུང་ཟད་སུན་པའི་རྣམ་པ་བྱུང་ནས་རི་ཁྲོད་མཛད་པར་བཞེད་དེ་ཚ་འུག་ཏུ་བྱོན་ནས་བཞུགས་དུས་གསུངས་པས་ཚ་འུག་རྫོང་འབྲོམ་མ་ཆེ་བར་གྲགས།། དཔལ་ཕག་མོ་གྲུ་པའི་ཞབས་ལ་འདུད། །བྱས་ན་བྱས་ཚད་ཐབས་ཡིན་ཏེ། །མ་བྱས་བྱར་མེད་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ། །གཉིས་སུ་མེད་ན་ཟུང་དུ་འཇུག །ལུས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ནས་བློ་རེ་བདེ། །སྨྲས་ན་སྨྲས་ཚད་གཞན་དོན་ཚོགས། །མ་སྨྲས་སྨྲ་བརྗོད་ཡུལ་ལས་འདས། །གཉིས་སུ་མེད་ན་ཟུང་དུ་འཇུག །ངག་གི་སྒོ་ནས་བློ་རེ་བདེ། །སྐྱེས་ན་སྐྱེས་ཚད་བསོད་ནམས་ཚོགས། །མ་སྐྱེས་སྐྱེ་མེད་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཚོགས། །གཉིས་སུ་མེད་ན་ཟུང་དུ་འཇུག །ཡིད་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ནས་བློ་རེ་བདེ། །ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་མགུར་མ་འདི། །ཚ་འུག་དཔལ་གྱི་ནགས་ཁྲོད་དུ། །ཉམས་ལ་ཤར་ནས་བླངས་པ་ཡི། །དགེ་བས་བྱང་ཆུབ་མྱུར་ཐོབ་ཤོག །ཅེས་པ་འདི་ལ་ཆུང་བར་གྲགས་སོ།། ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་ལྔ་ལྡན་རྟོགས་པའི་མགུར།

无忧的野鹿嬉戏， 乐明无念的草水饮用。 若要建寺就在那里建， 我瑜伽士行于寂静之寺。 据说，在直贡（འབྲི་གུང་，Drigung）时，由于僧众过于庞大，略感厌烦，想要隐居，于是前往擦乌（ཚ་འུག་）居住时说了这些话，因此擦乌宗（ཚ་འུག་རྫོང་）被称为仲玛切瓦（འབྲོམ་མ་ཆེ་བ）。 顶礼吉祥帕摩竹巴之足！ 做了，所做皆是方便； 未做，无作任运成就。 若无二，则双运。 从身之门，心甚安乐。 说了，所说皆是利他之聚； 未说，超越言说之境。 若无二，则双运。 从语之门，心甚安乐。 生了，所生皆是福德之聚； 未生，无生智慧之聚。 若无二，则双运。 从意之门，心甚安乐。 身语意三之此歌， 在擦乌吉祥之森林中， 从体验中显现而唱出， 愿以此善速得菩提！ 据说此为小品。 具五大手印证悟之歌。

The carefree deer frolics, Drinking the grass water of bliss-clarity-non-thought. If you would build a monastery, build it there, I, the yogi, wander to the monasteries of the wilderness. It is said that in Drigung, because the Sangha was too large, he felt somewhat weary and wished to go into retreat. So he went to Tsa-uk and stayed there, and said these words. Therefore, Tsa-uk Dzong is known as Dromma Chewa. Homage to the feet of glorious Phagmo Drupa! If done, whatever is done is skillful means; If not done, without doing, spontaneously accomplished. If there is no duality, then unite. From the door of the body, the mind is very happy. If spoken, whatever is spoken is a collection of benefit for others; If not spoken, it transcends the realm of speech. If there is no duality, then unite. From the door of speech, the mind is very happy. If born, whatever is born is a collection of merit; If not born, it is the collection of unborn wisdom. If there is no duality, then unite. From the door of mind, the mind is very happy. This song of body, speech, and mind, In the glorious forest of Tsa-uk, Arising from experience, was sung, May all beings quickly attain enlightenment through this virtue!
