The great master Padma replied: "From the Age of Perfection, the Age of Two, the Age of Three, and before the Age of Strife, a Buddha will appear in each age. The teachings of Thubpa will last for five thousand five hundred years. Because the Lady of the Multitude is ordained, women's merit is small, and five hundred years will be lost. In the remaining five thousand years, the lifespan will decrease once every hundred years, eventually reaching ten years. Initially, from a lifespan of one hundred to ninety years, the teachings will last for a thousand years. Then, the image of the teachings will appear: at the age of eighty, the Sutras will appear; at seventy, the Vinaya Pitaka will appear; at sixty, the Abhidhamma Pitaka will appear. Gods and demons of existence will clash, and inauspicious signs will appear. The upper, lower, and middle parts of the teachings will be empty. Minor kalpa of harm will increase greatly. Seven years after seven hundred and five years, the teachings that only hold the signs will begin to shake. The Be drum will flourish, and a flock of ignorant people will appear. Disputes over the Dharma will arise, and two teachings will conflict. For three hundred and five years, during the time of merely holding the signs, the Kadam Teachings will appear at the age of fifty. The end of the year is the Black Water Male Tiger year, the end of the month is the seventh Red Earth Female Rabbit month, the end of the day is the sixth White Iron Male Dragon day, the end of the time is the third Black Iron Male Dog hour, the end of the people is the fifty-year-old quarrelsome person. Border areas and the center will fight each other, and even old mothers and young girls will not believe each other. Casting, writing, writing, scriptures, and stupas will be destroyed. Rain will be uneven, and fruits will not ripen in time. Clothes will not be wearable, and many epidemics will come. Famine will be continuous, and widows will increase. People will not even trust their own hearts. Close ones will fight each other, and hatred will accumulate. Among the demons, male demons, devils, and Khyabjuk will flourish. Among the ghosts, living ghosts, female ghosts, dead ghosts will cause harm. The paths of non-virtuous actions will increase. 耶智疯狂之法终结，邪魔中土地神龙病恶疾生，妇女得女身皆为活鬼所缠，冰雹地震战争饥荒将至，莲师化身将从东方来，三十岁时饥荒降临，共事之时上等之人赞美下等之人，内部所有聚集皆生争斗，邪魔中龙魔恶魔生灵与，鬼怪中所有孩童皆受太乌让（音译）之害，律法崩坏国土混乱天地颠倒来临，莲师化身将从西南方出现，二十岁时疾病之劫降临，人与天神部族之间妇女来临，一年之中连少许雨水也无，时时饥荒九个月又九个月，疾病中死病瘟疫肿胀咳嗽生，邪魔中誓言违背四种恶行兴盛，太阳被遮蔽母亲孩子不得相见，鬼怪中天病癫痫昏厥病魔缠，莲师化身将从北方来，十岁之时兵器之劫 （226b）降临，乃是浊世之尽恶劫，儿子长到十岁祈愿，女儿出生五年送入家门，身体高度高矮不定，上等食物阔札（音译）勇士食，绵羊山羊牦牛母牛一个也不生，上等衣服头发制成的衣裳穿，上等装饰兵器用来装饰，那时上等五味精华隐没，虽有蜜蜂却无蜂蜜生，虽有牛奶搅拌却无酥油生，虽有芥菜芝麻榨取却无油生，虽有甘蔗糖田却无精华生，盐巴永远不干涸消失，那时坏事赞扬好事诋毁，父母僧侣婆罗门等人，不敬重，众人皆诽谤诋毁，十岁时所作的三种恶缘，乃是兵器疾病饥荒所致，首先人们生起害人之心，众生互相看见就大肆杀戮，生起杀心如同猎人看见寺庙，石头木头土块凡是拿起，变成兵器互相残杀，凡是死去全部堕入地狱，那时地狱众生极其众多，兵器之劫最终毁灭 （227a）殆尽，教法之正法隐没
