It is said that doing so will not bring happiness. How many times did the sun rise in search of the king! It is said that a year passed, but the king was not found. Then, the essence of Chakrasamvara Kalachakra, dressed in Muto's clothes, went to India. He sat at the edge of the gathering of red and black people. He had the elephant carry the vase to search for the king. The elephant swung its heavy tail, displaying its strength, and placed the vase on the head of Chakrasamvara Kalachakra. Then, the leaders gathered there bathed him and put on clothes. They raised the king to the throne, raising umbrellas and victory banners (123a). When asked what kind of queen should be chosen for the king, they said: A woman who is faithful, loves Buddhism, is compassionate, provides food and wealth to the poor, and possesses nine virtues should be chosen as the queen. Because such a woman was not found, the elephant was sent to search. The elephant placed the vase on the head of an old woman. Then, the king asked her for the lay vows. He said: Farm at Vajrasana (Bodh Gaya)! Everyone began to clear the land and stones. Soon, the king and queen met. The king asked the queen's name and hometown. She said: I am from Keura and Ushu's Tokor, and my name is Dema Lam. Hearing this, the king spoke to her. He said: Do you know Chakrasamvara Kalachakra? She replied: I was born into a family without a father. At the age of five, I went to Vajrasana. When I heard, "There was a fire, and my son was also burned to death," the king said: Mother, I am your son. The mother did not believe it, saying: If I am your son, then in Vajrasana, the fish should be alive. The king and queen went to see. Under a wooden board was a large fish, wet and breathing weakly. The mother did not believe it and prostrated to her son. That son went to Mount Potala. (123b) That fish turned into a willow tree. Dema Lam went to the charnel ground of Uddiyana. From the extensive biography of the previous lives of Guru Padmasambhava of Oddiyana, the chapter on the king subduing the rule of the Nagas is the twenty-fifth.
