In a copper or skull vessel, adorn the Torma (sacrificial cake) with flesh and blood, arrange various blood offerings, and then dedicate them. Afterward, praise with sesame oil and send forth this invocation: Hūṃ! Black Mother (Nāgmo), Mistress of all blood drinkers! Subduer of the three realms, possessor of great power! I urge your oath, Please accept this pleasing offering. Repay the broken vows now. Please accomplish the entrusted task! If you do not slay the wicked enemy, Māmo, your oath will be broken. You will also violate the command of the perfect Buddha, The hope of the yogi, myself, will also be cut off. You will also be burned by the fire of destruction. Therefore, do not transgress the oath, Do not be negligent or lazy, From tonight until tomorrow night, Please slay the designated enemy! This person slanders the Three Jewels (Buddha, Dharma, Sangha), Offends the Dharma protectors and fierce deities, Destroys the happiness of all sentient beings, Says that I, the yogi, have no power. Sets the red life as the target, You are my protector and refuge, Please unleash your power and ability, Please slay the sinful one and their retinue! Great Lord of the three realms! All those who pride themselves on power and ability, No one dares to disobey your command, Māmo. Come there with them, Suck their life, with terrifying food, Eat flesh and drink blood, chew bones, Destroy relatives and property, Destroy villages, estates, and harvests. Then ignite the fire, flames erupting from the mouth, raise the dried Lingam (phallus), strike it with a mallet, soak it in poisonous oil, and place it in the goddess's mouth. Mā bhyo mā mā ru lu trag rakṣa bhyo re mati dgra bo sarva śatrūṃ māraya ja hūṃ bhyo vajra phaṭ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) Recite this mantra, offering one hundred and eight Lingams (phallus), each corresponding to a mantra. In the center, visualize offering it to the goddess's mouth, entering the belly, and the inner army swarming and devouring it. Clap your hands with each mantra. Offer the enemy so-and-so as food to you, Karma Māmo, cut off this person's life force, sever the limbs, extract the heart, stop the breath, eat the flesh, drink the blood, suck the marrow, absorb the essence, chew the bones, peel the skin, let them reap what they sow, let them be their own demon. Do not waste time prolonging their life, do not set limits in empty space, do not investigate the source of birth and death, do not make excuses for karma and its consequences. Now show signs and manifest omens, destroy the physical body, destroy the will, please accomplish the task. After speaking, complete the offering. After finishing, recite the twenty-one slaying mantras. By the power of truth and this karmic action, may all the evil thoughts from others, filled with hatred, harboring malicious intentions, and all displays of cruel violence directed towards us yogis and our retinue, be transferred to them, reversed, and destroyed. This should be done for seven or five days, when the sun turns completely red. Make supplications, offer ashes and torma. Then visualize the army from the navel of the Mamo (guardian deity) departing, going to the enemy's land, turning them and their retinue into dust. Throw the torma, clap your hands, chant the karmic mantra, and groan. Return and meditate on the protective wheel, bury the effigy in the designated place, leaving no trace of karma.
