The Letter of the General Tsok Khor of Dharma Protectors Called 'Nectar Cloud' Namo Guru Mahakalaya! Although your mind does not stray from the realm of Dharma, you arise in fierce and wrathful form to subdue the untamed. I respectfully bow to the assembly of Dharma Protectors, including the Great Black Vajra (Mahākāla) and the Black Goddess (Kālī). To cleanse the stains of broken samaya of the yogis, and to expand the feast of the two siddhis, I offer here the supreme method of pleasing the ocean of oath-bound ones: the nectar cloud of the tsok khor. This ritual has three parts: preliminary, main part, and concluding part. The preliminary and concluding parts are as they appear in the offering and torma offering rituals. Especially in the preliminary stage, it is particularly important that the special samaya substances, ma da na and ba la, are necessarily complete in the lotus vessel. Furthermore, whatever variety of food and drink is available, arrange it beautifully, clean and attractive. Second, the main part: First, the yoga of generating oneself as the deity. Then, the torma offering, recitation of confession, invocation and praise, and the practice of peaceful and wrathful deities. After completing these practices, bless the tsok substances with inner offering water and alcohol. Increase the blessings as with Hevajra. Recite Om Ah Hum Ha Ho Hri many times, visualizing the tsok substances transforming into an ocean of uncontaminated wisdom nectar, radiating clouds of the five desirable qualities, pervading the sky and filling everything. With firm conviction, divide the tsok offering into four parts, the first of which is offered to the gurus and the Three Jewels: Om Ah Hum! This tsok offering endowed with the five desirable qualities, I offer to the gurus, buddhas, and bodhisattvas. Having accepted it, please cleanse the stains of broken samaya of myself, the teachers, disciples, and retinue. Please expand the feast of the two siddhis! Om Guru Buddha Bodhisattva Sapariwara Om Ah Karo Mukham Sarva Dharmanam Adyanutpannatva Ta Om Ah Hum Phet Svaha! Offer by reciting three times. The second part is offered to the yidam: Om Ah Hum! This tsok offering endowed with the five desirable qualities, I offer to the assembly of deities in the mandala of the yidam. Having accepted it, please cleanse the stains of broken samaya of myself, the teachers, disciples, and retinue. Please expand the feast of the two siddhis! Offer by reciting the torma mantra of the yidam three times. The third part is offered to the Dharma Protectors. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Then: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Offering this feast of Tsok (gathering) with five desirable qualities to the assembly of Dharma protectors and oath-bound ones. Please accept it, purify all the defilements of broken samaya (vows) of us, the teachers, disciples, and retinue, and grant us the great feast of the two siddhis (accomplishments). Offer the Torma (sacrificial cake) mantra of the Dharma protectors three times each. Offering one-fourth to the assembly of heroes and heroines of the three places: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Offering this feast of Tsok with five desirable qualities to the assembly of heroes and heroines of the three places. Please accept it, purify all the defilements of broken samaya of us, the teachers, disciples, and retinue, and grant us the great feast of the two siddhis. Offer the general Torma mantra of the Dakinis (female embodiment of enlightenment) three times. The middle part is for self-enjoyment: Visualize yourself as glorious Hevajra (Heruka deity), with the Yidam (tutelary deity) mandala deities in your heart, and in the center of the navel, a blazing fire mandala. In it, visualize the eight great goddesses, etc., of the twenty-four places, along with the Dharma protectors and oath-bound ones. With both hands holding skull-cups filled with the nectar of uncontaminated wisdom, offer this Tsok. By this offering, may the uncontaminated great bliss wisdom greatly increase, purify all the defilements of broken samaya of us, the teachers, disciples, and retinue, and may the feast of the two siddhis be greatly fulfilled. Recite and contemplate thus, and enjoy with satisfaction. Sprinkle the remaining Tsok with water and alcohol. Bless it by reciting Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ three times. Invite the guests with Phei! Uṣa Ciṭa Baliṃta Bhakṣasi Svāhā! With this remaining Tsok of five desirable qualities, may all the remaining Bhūtas (spirits), powerful spirits, and all guests be satisfied, possess fortune, and always enjoy the glory of benefit and happiness. Recite thus, and discard the remaining Tsok adorned with flames outside. Then sing the Vajra song, recite the auspicious prayers, and perform the Torma offering, etc., as usual. Here, I briefly say: Without needing the hardships of three countless eons, by skillful means, quickly perfecting the two accumulations, this profound secret Dharma that connects to the state of union in this life is truly amazing. Therefore, this method without many difficulties, the ritual of the special Tsok wheel, is the best method for restoring broken vows and quickly attracting common and supreme siddhis. Therefore, may the Vidyadharas (knowledge holders) who strive in this, strive on the path of the two stages with pure vows, increase through practice, connect with the proximate cause, and may they abide in the state of the thirteen Vajradharas (one who holds vajra). This is about the Tsok wheel of the Dharma protectors, with Gurushawar as the main one. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
