May this root of virtue be dedicated to the attainment of Buddhahood. This is a profound and hidden special instruction. Write it clearly, and if there are any mistakes, may the Lama and the assembly of Dakinis compassionately forgive them. Bless me with great compassion. Whatever merit I have gained from this effort, May I, from this day forward until I attain the three Kayas, hold the power, strength, dominion, and treasury of speech, and may all obstacles on the path be pacified. This was urged again and again by the venerable Lama Kunga Lekpa, who has access to the collection of wondrous qualities. Based on the scattered writings of the Jetsun Lamas, the Dharma King Phagpa Rinpoche, and the sadhanas composed by Karma Pakshi, all the instructions were completely collected and adorned with the practices of the holy Lamas. By the grace of the great Vajradhara Jetsun Tonme Zhapa and other holy Lamas, This was composed by the Shakya monk Kunga Sangpo, the holder of the treasury of precious oral instructions. This is an excerpt from the Bir Surung instructions, which were spoken by Vajradhara himself, removing all obstacles, including both the common practices and the protections, with some clarification in the notes, written by Khamton Ngawang Lepa. Om Svasti. Homage to the glorious, powerful, and sovereign Yabseys, inseparable from Jetsun Sakya Pa, to write down the secret oral instructions. The yogi who has received blessings and instructions should first practice refuge, generate Bodhicitta, and cultivate the four immeasurables. Then, contemplate emptiness with Om Svabhava. Within emptiness, in the center surrounded by the eight great charnel grounds, on a deerskin seat, there is a lotus, moon, and sun mandala. In an instant, one transforms into Jetsun, the Lord of Yoga, Birupa, with a red-black body, one face, and two arms. The right hand makes the threatening mudra, with the tip of the finger slightly bent; the left hand holds a skull cup filled with nectar at the heart. Leaning against a wish-fulfilling tree in the back. Seated in the posture of royal ease, the body is upright, the mouth and eyes are wide open, and the tongue is rolled. Adorned with six bone ornaments and a headdress of various flowers. Behind him is a fine wish-fulfilling tree. In front, a trident is raised, with a Damaru hanging from it. On the right is a vase filled with nectar, adorned with a skull cup filled with nectar; on the left is a... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Visualizing the Umbrella Holder with auspicious signs, in the center of the protective wheel palace directly between the eyebrows, visualize the mandala of the Bhagavan Hevajra with nine deities. After meditating, in the center of one's own body, visualize the central channel possessing the four dharmas, with the Rasanādhūtī to the right and the Lalanā to the left, thus contemplating the three channels. At the crown of the head, visualize 'Haṃ' (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, meaning: destruction), at the throat 'Oṃ' (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, meaning: perfection), at the heart 'Hūṃ' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, meaning: immovability), at the navel 'Aṃ' (Tibetan: ཨཾ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, meaning: birth), and at the secret places, visualize 'Hā' (Tibetan: ཧཱ, Devanagari: हा, Romanized Sanskrit: hā, meaning: joy) clearly. This is the annotation. Contemplate the seed syllables of the five Buddha families, connecting them to the five mandalas to generate them. This is its meaning. Then, the union of winds, which is: through the yoga of stopping the life force. This is the meaning being shown. Then, ignite the fire at the navel with the wind from the anus, entering from the right Rasanādhūtī, gradually illuminating the chakras in descending order. When it touches the 'Haṃ' at the crown of the head, from it descends the bodhicitta, descending from the left Lalanā, ultimately illuminating the chakras in ascending order. The winds of the two channels, Rasanādhūtī and Lalanā, and the bodhicitta, all enter from the lower end of the central channel, contemplating that all the winds, mind, and bindus dissolve into the central channel. Practice Kumbhaka to the extent possible, relying on the flickering and stable flame. This is its meaning. Thus, as the wind and mind enter the central channel, the experience of bliss and emptiness arises, and one sees the sky of the great bliss Dharmakaya. This is its meaning. After practicing wind yoga in this way many times, perform the protections, and dedicate the merit arising from it to the state of Buddhahood, and apply the seal of view. The sunlight of the Venerable's teachings, opening the lotus garden of oral instructions, my mind's bee, having thoroughly imbibed, thus this taste of nectar of instructions arises. This was also written down by the monk Samtenpa, Kunga Sangpo, fearing the loss of the oral instructions. May this merit cause all beings to attain Buddhahood! May all be auspicious! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
