སྐྱེ། འོན་ཀྱང་དམ་ཚིག་ཉམས་པའི་རྩ་ལྟུང་དག་པ་དགོས། དེ་ལ་ཚོགས་འཁོར་བརྒྱ་རྩ། ཞི་བའི་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་བརྒྱ་རྩ། སཱ་ཚ་བརྒྱ་རྩ། ཧེ་རུ་ཀའི་ཡིག་བརྒྱ་འབུམ་ཚོ་ལྔ། དེ་རྣམས་བྱས་པས། 16-620 སྐྱེ་བ་བཞི་ལྔ་ལས་ཀྱི་ལྷག་མ་སྤྱོད། དེ་ནས་སྐྱེས་བུ་ཆེན་པོ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀའི་གནས་སུ་སྤྱོད་ན། འཁོར་གྱི་འདུས་པ་གཉིས་པར་འགྱུར། ཡང་བདེ་བ་ཅན་དུ་འབྱོན་ན་ཡང་ལྷན་ཅིག་བཅོམ་ ལྡན་འདས་ལ་ཆོས་ཉན་སྐལ་བ་ཐོབ་ཟེར་བ་བྱུང་བས། དྲུང་རབས་པ་བགྲེས་པོ་ལ་སྐུ་ཚེ་འདི་ལ་མེད་ནའང་། སྐུ་ཚེ་སྔོན་མ་གཅིག་གང་ལྟར་དམ་ཚིག་གི་ཉེས་ལྟུང་ཕྲན་བུ་འཕོག་ངེས་ སུ་འདུག་པ་སྦྱངས་པའི་ཆོ་ག་དེ་རྣམས་གལ་ཆེ་ལགས། ཟོལ་མེད་དུ་ཕུལ་བའི་ཞུ་འཕྲིན་ལགས། དམ་ཅན་ཆོས་སྐྱོང་ཐུགས་མི་ཁྲེལ་བ་ཡོད་ལགས། །སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།། །། ༈ མཁན་ཆེན་ཨ་པད་རིན་པོ་ ཆེའི་དགོངས་བཞེད་ལྟར་གུ་རུས་ཞབས་ཞུ་བགྱིས་པའོ།།

在那里出生，但是需要清净毁坏誓言的根本堕罪。为此，需要做一百次会供轮，一百次寂静的火供，一百个擦擦，五百万遍黑噜嘎（Heruka）的百字明。做了这些之后， 还能享用四五世的业之残余。之后，如果在大士黑噜嘎的处所享用，就会成为第二聚眷属。如果前往极乐世界，也能一同从薄伽梵（Bhagavan）那里听闻佛法，获得这样的机会。因此，对于老年的仲拉巴来说，即使今生没有，但前世无论如何一定会有轻微的誓言罪堕，所以进行忏悔的仪轨非常重要。这是毫无虚假的呈递的信函。希望誓言护法不要不高兴。萨瓦芒嘎拉姆！ 按照堪钦阿贝仁波切（Khenchen Appey Rinpoche）的意愿，古汝（Guru）进行了服务。

To be born there, one needs to purify the root downfalls of broken vows. For this, one needs to perform one hundred Ganachakras, one hundred peaceful fire pujas, one hundred Tsatsas, and five million recitations of the Heruka's hundred-syllable mantra. After doing these, one can still experience the residue of karma for four or five lifetimes. Afterwards, if one enjoys the place of the great being Heruka, one will become the second gathering of retinue. If one goes to Sukhavati (the Pure Land of Amitabha), one will also have the opportunity to listen to the Dharma from the Bhagavan together. Therefore, for the elderly Drung Rapba, even if it is not in this life, there must be some slight transgression of vows from a previous life, so it is very important to perform the rituals of purification. This is a letter presented without pretense. May the oath-bound Dharma protectors not be displeased. Sarva Mangalam!
