Refuge and Bodhicitta. After reciting the Hundred Syllable Mantra and others, from the arising of Heruka (wrathful deity) to the bliss of the body, it is all from the Abhidharma (collection of treatises). Gathering and inviting, offering and praising, etc., are all from the Conduct Chapter. Because the Holy Ones merge into the assembly field, therefore, manifesting the body mandala, this is a concise ritual of Kye Dorje (Hevajra). Merging in the manner of blessing the assembly field, is this according to the Small Bell Tantra? The crown protuberance, various vajras, etc., as supports, are recorded in the Samputa Tantra regarding the body mandala. 11-5 Gradually manifesting the outer and inner Herukas, this is the practice of the Guru. The Holy Ones manifesting simultaneously, this is very much in accordance with the intention of the Tantra itself, therefore it should be done simultaneously. Visualizing the chakras of the twenty-four places as deities, the number of deities, etc., are recorded in the Samputa Tantra. Indicating the hand gestures by holding a khatvanga, etc. The faces and hand gestures of the four heart-essence yoginis are Vajra Dakinis. This is what the Black Practitioner drew from the Spring Thread. Furthermore, the chakra positions of the four heart-essence yoginis, in the Samputa Tantra it says: 'The chakras of the four elements, like a lamp, are located in the four directions.' These are the fundamental locations. In the four directions are the Five Buddhas, in the four corners are the Four Mothers, and লাম(藏文,梵文天城体:lam,梵文罗马拟音:lām,earth) and མཾ་(藏文,梵文天城体:mam,梵文罗马拟音:mām,water) etc. Here, མཾ་(藏文,梵文天城体:mam,梵文罗马拟音:mām,water) and লাম(藏文,梵文天城体:lam,梵文罗马拟音:lām,earth) etc. are sequentially indicated by the four Dakinis. Following the previous practice, it will not conflict with the positions of the four locations. Therefore, it can be done starting from anywhere. Visualizing the chakras from which nectar flows from the four corners as being on a vase, the vase filled with nectar: 'The four nadis are also located in the four corners, flowing there. The flow of the five nectars is where one's own form resides. From the nature of that substance, the four offerings are spoken of.' Displaying the chakras of the twenty-four places as deities: 11-6 From the body mandala, etc., to 'the flowing of flesh and mucus'. The Hūṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:hūṃ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,seed syllable) in the heart is Heruka: 'Within the lotus in the heart, there are eight lotus petals, containing the heart-essence. Within it is the seed-nadi, like a lamp, like the flower of a tree in water. Extending and with its mouth facing downwards. Within it resides the hero, as thin as a mustard seed. The indestructible Hūṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:hūṃ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,seed syllable) syllable seed, dripping like snow.' These are the ways of teaching. In the Completion Stage, the constantly abiding in the heart, etc., are the Tantric words of the Abhidharma. Any of the Five Stages, even after the Generation Stage, should be continuously practiced, but one should still practice what appeared in the previous sadhana. To this, one should merely focus clearly on the object. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Do not meditate on practices such as the union of winds and channels. Regard the rest as the Abhisamayalankara composed by the noble ones. When drinking the nectar of the lineage holder's teachings, the essence of what one has attained and practiced, I have written down a small portion of the immeasurable attainments initially gained in my mind, fearing forgetting them. May the assembly of dakinis in the three places forgive me, may obstacles to practice be pacified, may all unfavorable conditions be completely eliminated, and may I see the union of non-duality! May I become Heruka in this life, or through the power of relying on the holy lama who follows this Dharma in life after life, may I lead all beings to the path of liberation, and may I accomplish immeasurable qualities such as strength! This is the oral transmission and guidance of the Chakrasamvara (wheel of bliss) body mandala according to the system of the teacher Dorje Trolpa, called 'Bestowing the Splendor of Mental Bliss.' This was written by Ngawang Kunga Sonam, a Sakya mantra holder, a yogi of the secret essence of Chakrasamvara, born from the words of Gyalwa Muse Chenpo Dorje Chang Sangye Gyaltsen, the lord of the mandala, after understanding most of the meaning of the teachings of Glowo Khenchen, the omniscient one. Seeing that this profound key text is in accordance with the words of Je Lama Muse Chenpo, it was written for the benefit of oneself and others. May all the purposes of this life and future lives of us, teacher and disciples, be accomplished as desired! Sarwa Mangalam! Written respectfully by Guru according to the wishes of Khenchen Aped Rinpoche. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
