令诸根于血中翻滚吧！于敌魔咽喉之中，血刃啊！ 令周遍语之轮于血中翻滚！于敌魔肠胃之中，血刃啊！ 令精髓内里渗入血中！于敌魔脐轮之中，血刃啊！ 令有之脉轮于血中翻滚而断！于敌魔隐秘之处，血刃啊！ 令生之命脉，血统连根斩断！于敌魔四肢之上，血刃啊！ 令肢体脉轮于血中翻滚而砍！于敌魔守护之神，血刃啊！ 以赤红血刃将神与（敌）人分开！于珍爱的腋下之子，血刃啊！ 于疼爱的身下之妻，血刃啊！于亲近的父系家族，血刃啊！ 于聚集的慈爱鬼神，血刃啊！于家乡宅院财富，血刃啊！ 血刃击中，驱逐昏厥、遗忘、昏暗三者！血刃击中，驱逐昏厥病、癫狂、鬼附！ 血刃击中，化为灰尘！血刃击中，将人城连根斩断！ 血刃击中，将土城从根基摧毁！血刃击中，将财物用扫帚驱赶！ 以此所掷之赤红血刃箭！令所有敌魔化为灰尘！ 如是说，摇动，施加猛咒！于未来时劫之下， 以众生行不善业之故，当疾病瘟疫障碍如风般席卷之时！ 愿具法菩萨们消除违缘！此物甚深，故秘密隐藏！ 若泄露则自受其害，故善巧运用！愿与具业缘之子相遇！ 萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 珍宝印！ 隐秘印！ 交付印！ 深印！ 禁锢印！ 萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 大持明者尼玛扎巴从哈措迎请并从黄纸上翻译。 吉祥！吉祥！ 掷血刃之事业终结。

May the senses churn in blood! In the midst of the enemy's throat, a blood blade! May the all-pervading wheel of speech churn in blood! In the midst of the enemy's intestines, a blood blade! May the essence within seep into blood! In the midst of the enemy's navel chakra, a blood blade! May the wheel of existence churn in blood and be severed! In the enemy's secret place, a blood blade! May the lineage of birth, the bloodline, be cut off from the root! On the enemy's four limbs, a blood blade! May the limb chakras churn in blood and be severed! On the enemy's protecting deity, a blood blade! With the red blood blade, separate the deity and the (enemy)! On the cherished son under the arm, a blood blade! On the beloved wife beneath, a blood blade! On the close paternal clan, a blood blade! On the assembled loving spirits, a blood blade! On the homeland, house, and wealth, a blood blade!
