In the Samaya of the Lotus Family Dakinis, the sequence of extracting essence from nectar and feces is as follows: Meditate on the Dakini and practice the feces girdle. The Lama and Acharya cause the feces to descend. Dry it in the shade and then wash it in warm water. Drain the fluid, cleanse the poison, and dry it again. Mix spices and essence, grind them into fine powder. Tame and purify as before, and the actual practice is: Transform the union of the Lotus Dakki father and mother. With blessings and samadhi, recite this mantra: Ah Padmakrodha Padmadhakki Nibharahi Jñana Panchasiddhi Samayas Tvam Svaha. Recite this, and the father and mother dissolve and merge into nectar. Occasionally, it is especially important to use it to treat worm diseases. Avoid other foods and strong sunlight and fire. For the yogi who practices in this way, the wisdom of individual realization will manifest, life will be prolonged, the body will be strong, and the diseases of the elements will be relieved. Obstacles and adverse conditions will be pacified, and the obscurations of uninterrupted karma will be purified.
