Homage to the assembly of Wisdom Dakinis! The essential instructions for practicing the profound meaning of Chö are as follows: The white deities and the black demon hordes, the red tsen spirits and the motley planetary forces, the kingly demons, the theurang spirits, and the races of the mu. The earth lords, the elementals, the wealth-possessing spirits, and the senmo demons. In short, all the deities and demons of appearance and existence, especially those who are malevolent towards the Dharma and harmful to beings. To subdue them, seize the key points of the profound instructions. Nakedly expose awareness, extract habitual tendencies from their roots. Expand the space of view, increase the samadhi of meditation. Purify lifetimes of karmic obscurations, blood feuds, and cycles of debt. May the deities and demons also abide in the Dharma, and through the power of virtuous thoughts arising in the mindstream, may the land be peaceful and free from disease, famine, and calamities. Therefore, those of the future should practice accordingly. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! When practicing the profound Chö, equalize joy and sorrow, abandon acceptance and rejection, and transform whatever adverse conditions arise into helpful friends. Demons and spirits are not outside, but complete within oneself. In the self-born Dharmakaya, which is primordially pure, the great demon of ignorance has entered. The demon of \"I\" arises, and the arrogant spirits of appearance increase. The Yama of grasping, the rakshasi of desire, contend. The planetary influence of jealousy, the wrath of the rakshasa of hatred, the dullness of the nagas of delusion, and the hordes of theurang spirits of suffering. The habitual tendencies of kingly demons and the elementals of form increase. The male demons of sound and the female demons of smell bewilder. The flesh-eating demons of taste and the death-dealing executioners of touch increase. In short, these demons, obstructors, and elementals are to be killed, cut, and crushed. And in order to purify, cleanse, and liberate them in their very nature, cast the corpse as food and invite the guests of samsara and nirvana. Destroy the clinging to offering upwards, giving downwards, and considering oneself as the owner. Transform good and bad thoughts, habitual tendencies, and adverse conditions into the path, and blend them with the essence of reality. This is the heart of the profound Chö instructions. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Thus, the yogi who possesses view and meditation should go secretly to any sacred place. Alone, without a companion, do not take a partner. Do not mix words with other beings, but communicate with eye gestures and hand mudras. If going east, go around from the west." } ] ============================================================

Likewise for the four directions and four intermediate points. Act with the dance of the dakinis and the gait of the krodhas. Occasionally, engage in slightly mad behavior. Mix with circumstances and take the path with affection. The best is human skin, the intermediate is animal skin, and at the very least, have a skin-like cushion. Holding a kapala, kangling, and damaru, never separate from the khatvanga and damaru. Tiger skin loincloth, bone ornaments, cymbals, skull cup, and so on. In short, adorn yourself with the attire of Heruka. Visualize yourself as Dondrup Sermo (Accomplishment-Bestowing Yellow One), from her heart, five-colored rays of light emanate, a vajra khatvanga sparkling like stars, descending like hail upon the fierce place. Think that the gods and demons residing there are sealed, unable to move from their own places. JAḤ HŪṂ VAṂ HOḤ PHAṬ PHAṬ PHAṬ. Sound the kangling seven times and meditate like this: From the peak of existence to the realm of Naraka hell, all sentient beings of the six realms, with form and without form, all gather here, gather here, gather here! Now, rest for a while in this place of samsara. Today, this mass of my flesh and blood, I dedicate upwards as offering and downwards as generosity, for the sake of enlightenment. May all become the cause for complete Buddhahood! Saying this, remove your clothes, and whatever sensations of hot and cold arise, mix them with circumstances and meditate. The instructions of Chö and the six-session Chö, and at times, separate the three doors of body, speech, and mind. Cut through completely, generate confidence, and subdue Tögal (Leap Over) onto the target. Do not be distracted even for a moment, look at the meaning. Loving-kindness and compassion for sentient beings of the six realms, and especially for the formless gods and demons of existence, meditate from the depths of your heart, repeating again and again. Grasping at self where there is no self, grasping at a lord where there is no lord. Those formless gods and demons who are attached to form, today, may they recognize their own awareness and primordial wisdom, and attain the state of complete Buddhahood! It is important to always be associated with this understanding. If awareness is weak and the gods and demons are cunning, and if luminosity and miracles do not appear, then the wisdom of experience and realization will not arise. From the hair of a widow and the heart hair of a wild yak, twist a Chö rope of nine cubits in length, and adorn both ends with an iron knife and an alung phurba. Bind whatever comes, such as the land, stones, and forests where gods and demons reside, and think that you are binding the gods and demons. Strike the phurba under the bed. KYE MA! Evil karma-afflicted being, so-and-so god or demon, I have generated the mind of supreme enlightenment, this flesh and blood
