From the state of emptiness where all phenomena are unobservable, from a Dharma origin made of molten sky-iron, within the inconceivable, the black magic formed from the elements of the five great elements, emaciated and weak, separated from the gods. In the middle of the navel chakra, visualize the unchanging essence of life, Ayushe (Tibetan: ཨ་ཡུ་ཥེ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: आयुषे, Sanskrit Romanization: ayuṣe, Chinese literal meaning: life), and the unchanging essence of the life force, the white Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah), abiding. Then, relying on the truth of the lineage lamas, the yidam mandala, dakinis, protectors, and guardians, and relying on the power of mantra, mudra, and samadhi, fiercely declare that no matter whose hands the life force to be protected is in—whether it be the eight classes of gods and demons, or the harming Bon and Buddhist guardians—it should be seized here immediately and without hesitation. From the seed syllable at your heart, radiate light. As it dissolves into the seed syllable, visualize the letters that are the essence of Ah and life blazing intensely with five lights within the palace of the sun and moon and abiding there. To the east of that palace of the sun and moon is a wall of white vajra, to the south is a wall of yellow jewel, to the west is a wall of red lotus, and to the north is a wall of green swastika. Above, it is covered by a white wheel. Outside of that is a white tent of light, the light of the body blessed by the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, heroes, and heroines. In the outer layer is a red tent of the light of speech, in the outer layer is a blue tent of the light of mind, in the outer layer is a yellow tent of the light of qualities, in the outer layer is a red tent of the light of speech, in the outer layer is a blue tent of the light of mind, in the outer layer is a yellow tent of the light of qualities, in the outer layer is a green tent of the light of activity.
