May the army of weasels and cats advance! I invite you and your retinue to come! With red flesh and blood offerings... Today's enemies and obstructors... Brave men, swift horses... Flesh-eaters, blood-drinkers... Signs of killing, essence of heart... Entrusted by the yogi... Hūṃ bhyaḥ! Pekar, the king of emanated activities, with three faces and six arms, holding terrifying weapons, adorned with white silk banners, human skin, and tiger skin garments, riding a lioness, leading the Monpa people. Leading the emanated demon wind into the black realm, sending demon birds, vultures, and falcons as messengers. I invite you and your retinue to come! With red flesh and blood offerings... Today's enemies and obstructors... Brave men, swift horses... Flesh-eaters, blood-drinkers... Signs of killing, essence of heart... Entrusted by the yogi... Hūṃ bhyaḥ! The activity messenger of the hundred thousand Dharma protectors, with a red body, shining with light. Holding a red spear in the right hand, making a clanging sound, holding a red lasso in the left hand, waving it around. The retinue wearing triple armor, adorned with colorful ornaments. Birds, dogs, and red people as messengers, making a 'kyi li li' sound. Riding a red warhorse, galloping swiftly. Inner and outer ministers and workers making a 'sha ra ra' sound. The joyful assembly of great mothers gathering, making a 'khyugs se khyug' sound. The life-cutting butchers making a 'hril li li' sound. The demon assembly holding black books making a 'ye re re' sound. The astrologers holding divination boards making a 'tha ra ra' sound. In front, the traces show a hundred thousand demonesses. Run and rush, bhyaḥ to the enemies who break their vows! On the right, the leader is a thousand monks, run and rush... On the left, the leader is the assembly of black-robed monks, rush... The assembly of Acharyas, cats, and black Monpas, rush... Thousands upon thousands of Kholpo people dressed in tiger and leopard skins, rush... Hundreds of thousands of emanated and re-emanated flesh-eating messengers, run and rush, bhyaḥ to the enemies who break their vows! Hūṃ bhyaḥ! Dharma protector, it is impossible for you to be without power, please accept this offering of red flesh and blood, do not let go of the enemies of the ten directions. It is impossible for me, the yogi, to be without vows, please listen to my heartfelt call and accomplish your activities. Bamri Thodkar, Hayagriva Heruka, you vowed to protect the Dharma, do not break it. I will not forget the vows of approaching and practicing. In Shambhala, in the presence of Vajradhara, you vowed to uphold teaching and practice, do not diminish it. I will not forget the inner and outer offerings and praises. In the great Dharma wheel, the self-existing Padmasambhava placed the vajra on his head and made a vow.
