Um, let it be free! Rakshasas, please swiftly grant accomplishments with your divine power! This is the profound essence of the Great Power practice. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Thereafter, the eight classes of the outer command wheel, clearly arise and vividly manifest. In their respective hearts, are marked with the eight-syllable essence. Rays of light emanate and gather, the arrogant hosts of their retinues, all are subdued and made to listen to commands, becoming servants and slaves. They vow and pledge, offering dances and confessions. Meditate on them as messengers of the command of the Great Wrathful One. Oṃ Vajrakrodha Hayagrīva Mahādeva Hrīḥ Ja Aya Ma Du Ru Ca Śa Na Vajra Samaya Jaḥ Jaḥ Sarva Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ! The generation stage is gathered, and the completion stage is placed in equality. Dedicate the merit, recite auspicious verses, protect the place and dwelling. During the session, make offerings and praises. Keep it secret from others, and abandon doubt. This is the samaya of secret mantra, so be cautious.
