萨！建造四种微细明点坛城。断绝不顺之方的命脉。从本尊和誓言的宫殿中，迎请护法誓言守护神。收摄教敌和破誓者的生命气息。从可怖猛烈的殊胜处所，迎请护法燃焰兄妹。收摄违背教令的怨敌于尽头。对于傲慢的誓言者军队，兴起军队挥舞旗帜。怙主父系从右边摧毁，怨敌的父系连根拔除。天女母系从左边摧毁，怨敌的母系连根拔除。龙天八部从后方摧毁，以扫帚扫荡敌人的田地人畜。迅速的使者从前方摧毁，使作祟者毫无目标地被罗网抓住。旋转锋利兵器的轮子，将怨敌魔障切成碎片。于空中挥舞恐怖的旗帜，从一切不顺之方中，竖起彻底胜利的巨幡，成办于有顶的利乐事业。如是劝请并抛洒朵玛。抛掷朵玛等按照仪轨进行。此乃瞎子的咒师法王丹增按照劝请，由多闻的蒙古黑咒师在洛普颜嘎前即刻撰写，善妙吉祥增上！吉祥！开启之门，祈请猛火红黑。

Sa! Build the four kinds of subtle bindu mandalas. Cut off the lifeline of unfavorable directions. From the palace of the deity and vows, invite the Dharma protector, the oath-bound guardian deity. Gather the life breath of the teaching's enemies and oath-breakers. From the supreme place of terrifying fierceness, invite the Dharma-protecting flaming siblings. Gather the enemies who disobey the command to the end. For the arrogant armies of oath-bound ones, raise armies and wave flags. The male lineage of the protector is destroyed from the right side, and the male lineage of the enemy is eradicated from the root. The female lineage of the goddess is destroyed from the left side, and the female lineage of the enemy is eradicated from the root. The eight classes of gods and demons are destroyed from behind, and the enemy's fields, people, and livestock are swept away with a broom. The swift messengers are destroyed from the front, and the harmful ones are caught in the net without a target. Rotate the wheel of sharp weapons, cutting the enemies and obstacles into pieces. Wave the terrifying flag in the sky, and from all unfavorable directions, raise the great banner of complete victory, accomplishing the work of benefit and happiness at the peak of existence. Thus, exhort and scatter the torma. Throwing the torma and so on are done according to the ritual. This was written immediately in front of Lopu Yanga by the learned Mongolian black mantra practitioner, according to the exhortation of the blind mantra practitioner Dharma King Tenzin. May goodness and auspiciousness increase! Auspicious! The opening of the door, requesting fierce fire red and black.
