From the tantra "The Great Fierce, Wrathful, Arrogant, Heart-Extracting One," the chapter two, which teaches the method of accomplishment, generation and completion stages, offerings, praises, and the order of activities of the Great Wrathful One. Then, the true meaning should be explained, in the future, when arrogance is rampant, and the happiness of beings is destroyed, arrange the torma of fierce power and glory, adorn with the flesh and blood of enemies, hang up amulets to avert misfortune, write the effigy of whatever enemy or obstacle is harming, complete by fulfilling the tsok and making amends, slay enemies and obstacles, strike the tuns, offer flesh and blood into the mouths of the deities, avert and transform the harming enemy, obstacle, or evil spirit, make prayers of aversion and transformation, casting the zor, invoking the deity, homa, etc., practice as desired according to the four actions, pacify all diseases, evil spirits, and harms, whatever activity is undertaken will be accomplished. The four empowerments of mind are bestowed, entering the path of maturation and liberation, the clarity of the two stages is attained, and prophecies and praises are also made. From the tantra of the Great Wrathful One, the Heart-Extractor of the Arrogant, the fifth chapter, which teaches the maturation and liberation of empowerment. Samaya (藏文，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：Vow)! Seal, seal, seal! Then, the true words shall be spoken. In the degenerate age of the future, if you wish to subdue the harm of the earth lords and nagas, and to eliminate the obstacles of beings, then arise with the activities of the Garuda's emanation. Accomplish and approach by entering the mantra's enclosure. Cleanse and purify with ablutions. Eliminate the harm of nagas and earth lords. Repel the conflicts of the eight classes and subdue the common maras. Or, when misfortune and bad omens arise, when curses strike and arrows pierce, avert the evil circumstances with ransom rituals. Because beings' merit is diminished, the earth's essence declines and the guardian deities depart. When the eight classes of the black side are rampant, the elements are disturbed, and summer and winter are reversed. At that time, the powerful and wrathful yogi, clarifies the samadhi and begins the activities, averting the obstacles of the disturbed elements. From the tantra of the Great Wrathful One, the Heart-Extractor of the Arrogant, the sixth chapter, which teaches the turning of the face of activities. Samaya (藏文，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：Vow)! Seal, seal, seal! Then, the true words shall be spoken. If the extremely unruly and arrogant hosts, greatly harm by conflicting and opposing, then with the samadhi of the wrathful one, transform the emanation into flames, sparks, and executioners. Show the place of death by piercing and pressing down. Conflicting and opposing cannot be done. Having spoken thus, all the wrathful deities, wrathful mothers, and retinues dissolve into the Great Powerful One. The life force of all the arrogant ones is severed. Empowerments and prophecies are bestowed. Appointed to protect the teachings. Having praised the Great Wrathful One and rejoiced, all abide in the immovable samadhi. The emanation of the Great Wrathful One dissolves into the inexpressible, co-emergent realm.
