甘露水的精炼。 甘露水的精炼。 从《噶玛巴·大圆满·长寿成就·战胜四魔》中，甘露水的精炼。顶礼长寿天众持明者。为了未来一些有缘者，书写摄取自然甘露水精华的窍诀方法，愿有缘者受用。萨玛雅，嘉嘉嘉。雪水、红土水为阳水，适合有热性的瑜伽士。细流缓淌之水为阴水，适合有寒性的瑜伽士。冷杉树混合之水为中性水，适合寒热平衡之人。白色岩石高低平均之水，是天神之水，能增益功德。泉眼哑涩、腐烂、含盐之水，是鬼水，应当舍弃。朝向北方的泉眼，无论如何好，也应当舍弃。总而言之，去除缺点，具足功德，水之甘露即是净水。依之修行，如经所说，能获得利益。萨玛雅，嘉嘉嘉。如是观察取舍之后，观想自己为莲花自在，观想海药水之天女，献上甘露水之精华。念诵“嗡 班扎 布贝 普匝 吽（藏文：ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་པུཥྤེ་པཱུ་ཙ་ཧོ༔，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्रपुष्पे पूजा होः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrapuṣpe pūjā hoḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，花，供养，吽）”，并撒谷物之花。念诵“嗡 班扎 阿弥利特 辛格 斯瓦（藏文：ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏེ་སིངྔྷི་སྟྭཾ༔，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्रामृते सिద్ధి स्तवं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrāmṛte siddhi stavaṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，甘露，成就，赞）”，取水，发菩提心，观想清晰。有寒性的瑜伽士，在干净的器皿中用火煮，煎熬至三分之一时饮用。有热性的瑜伽士，不煮沸，直接享用天然之水。寒热平衡的瑜伽士，稍微煮沸，待水汽蒸发时享用。为了去除水之毒素，用让（藏文：རཾ，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：让）、扬（藏文：ཡཾ，梵文天城体：यं，梵文罗马拟音：yaṃ，汉语字面意思：扬）、康（藏文：ཁཾ，梵文天城体：खं，梵文罗马拟音：khaṃ，汉语字面意思：康）净化清洗。念诵“嗡 班扎 卓达 阿弥利达 吽 啪 梭哈（藏文：ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་ངྷ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र क्रोध अमृत हुं फट् स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra krodha amṛta hūṃ phaṭ svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，忿怒，甘露，吽，啪，梭哈）”，以此秘密心咒加持，使之转变为甘露之自性。首先供养勇士空行母，一天饮用三次，或根据自身体质调整用量。观想自己为本尊莲花自在，头顶为怙主无量寿佛，观想莲花与我无二无别。唉玛，救度众生之怙主，天神之天神，无量寿佛是胜利者的身相，以不退转的恭敬心祈祷，祈请您以慈悲的智慧，加持我等解脱，祈请加持此甘露水之精炼得以成就，祈请获得殊胜精华之加持，无碍获得一切功德。

From the "Kama Great Perfection Longevity Practice: Complete Victory Over the Four Maras," here is the Essence Extraction of Ambrosial Water. Homage to the assembly of longevity deities and vidyadharas. For the sake of some fortunate ones in the future, I write down the instructions on how to take the essence of naturally occurring ambrosial water. May those with karmic connections benefit from it. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. Snow water and red clay water are male waters, suitable for yogis with heat. Slowly flowing stream water is female water, suitable for yogis with cold. Water mixed with fir trees is neutral water, suitable for those with balanced heat and cold. Water from white rocks with average height is the water of the gods, increasing qualities. Spring water that is stagnant, rotten, and salty is demon water and should be avoided. Spring water facing north, no matter how good, should be avoided. In general, removing faults and possessing qualities, the ambrosia of water is pure water. By relying on it, one obtains benefits as stated in the scriptures. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. Having examined the faults and qualities in this way, contemplate yourself as Padmavajra, and think that the goddess of the lake, the medicine water goddess, offers the essence of ambrosial water. Recite "Om Vajra Puspe Puja Ho (藏文：ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་པུཥྤེ་པཱུ་ཙ་ཧོ༔，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्रपुष्पे पूजा होः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrapuṣpe pūjā hoḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，花，供养，吽)" and scatter grain flowers. Recite "Om Vajra Amrite Singdhi Stvam (藏文：ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏེ་སིངྔྷི་སྟྭཾ༔，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्रामृते सिद्धि स्तवं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrāmṛte siddhi stavaṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，甘露，成就，赞)," take the water, generate bodhicitta, and visualize clearly. Yogis with cold should boil it in a clean container over a fire, and drink it when it has been reduced by one-third. Yogis with heat should not boil it, but rely on the natural water. Yogis with balanced heat and cold should boil it slightly, and use it when the steam has evaporated. To remove the poison of the water element, purify and cleanse with Ram (藏文：རཾ，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：让), Yam (藏文：ཡཾ，梵文天城体：यं，梵文罗马拟音：yaṃ，汉语字面意思：扬), and Kham (藏文：ཁཾ，梵文天城体：खं，梵文罗马拟音：khaṃ，汉语字面意思：康). Recite "Om Vajra Krodha Amrita Hum Phat Svaha (藏文：ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་ངྷ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र क्रोध अमृत हुं फट् स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra krodha amṛta hūṃ phaṭ svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，忿怒，甘露，吽，啪，梭哈)," and multiply it with this secret essence, transforming it into the nature of ambrosia. First, offer the best to the heroes and dakinis. Drink three times a day, or adjust the amount according to your own constitution. Contemplate yourself as the yidam Padmavajra, with the protector Amitayus on your crown, and contemplate that Padmavajra and I are inseparable. Emaho, protector of beings, god of gods, Amitayus is the form of the Victorious One. Pray with unwavering reverence, and through the wisdom of your compassion, bless my lineage to be liberated. Bless this essence extraction of ambrosial water to be workable. Through the blessing of obtaining the supreme essence, may all qualities be obtained without obstacles.

嗡！依凭脉、气、明点，修行证悟得增长，愿获胜共诸成就！如是至诚作祈请，从寿神父母交合处，降下甘露入梵穴，三脉轮全部充满，乐暖阿（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）和吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字之，燃烧滴降观修之转轮调伏，缓和柔顺勤修气，时时绕揉腰腹部，转轮如自身般调伏。萨玛雅！印印印！如是精勤修持时，若觉非常饥饿，则以煮酪之汁，及萝卜根如羊粪丸大小，裹于白油中，适时略食。若因寒症力衰，则服姜汤，勤修火观。此外，若肢体肿胀，或有任何障碍显现，则缓和调气，火观迅速。击打转轮，以油麻之，涂擦揉捏，晒太阳。观修上师瑜伽空性，受四灌顶，混合心意，作无间断祈请。七日后之早晨，可略服骨髓。十日之白天，于沸水中，略加白油服用。从七日至一月间修持，骨髓白油如前增加。萨玛雅！印印印！唉玛此秘密口诀，对有缘修持者，利益不可言说。禅定明晰，光明显现，修行证悟增长，乐暖燃烧，法性现量亲见，母与空行作授记，本尊神赐予成就，莲师亲自灌顶，与十地等同，共同长寿坚固，四种类别之疾病，以及，所有部多风疾皆能摧毁，饥饿干旱饥荒之年代亦能摧毁。可于空中飞行，于地上行走，于水石土中穿透无碍，于四大自在转变，力量权势圆满具足，证得持明寿命，萨玛雅！印印印！此甚深精髓心滴口诀，作为甚深法长寿修法之助缘，书写于甚深纸上空行文字，为未来利益埋藏为伏藏，与具缘者相遇，愿成办弘扬佛法利益有情之事！萨玛雅！印印印！封藏！保密！

Om! By relying on the channels, winds, and bindus, may the experience and realization increase, and may the supreme and common siddhis be attained! Thus, make a single-pointed supplication. From the union of the life deity father and mother, may the stream of nectar descend and enter the Brahma aperture. May all three channels and chakras be filled and expanded. The bliss-warmth of the letters A (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：A) and Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum), control the whirling wheel of blazing and dripping visualization. Strive for gentle and smooth wind practice. Occasionally, circle and massage the waist and abdomen. Control the whirling wheel as if it were your own body. Samaya! Seal! Seal! Seal! When diligently practicing in this way, if there is a great sense of extreme hunger, then take the juice of boiled cheese and the root of a radish, about the size of a sheep pellet, wrapped in white butter, and take a little at a time. If the constitution is weakened by the power of phlegm, then take ginger soup and strive for fire visualization. Furthermore, if the limbs swell or any obstacles arise, then gently control the wind practice and quickly visualize fire. Strike the whirling wheel and massage with sesame oil, rub and expose to the sun. Meditate on the Guru Yoga emptiness. Receive the four empowerments and mix your mind with the Guru's. Make uninterrupted supplications. On the morning of the seventh day, take a small amount of bone marrow. On the tenth day, in boiling water, add a little white butter and take it. If practicing from seven days to a month, increase the bone marrow and white butter as before. Samaya! Seal! Seal! Seal! Ema! This secret instruction, for those fortunate enough to practice it, the benefits are beyond words. Samadhi is clear and the clear light dawns. Experience and realization increase, bliss-warmth blazes. The nature of reality is directly seen, the mothers and dakinis give prophecies. The yidam deity bestows siddhis. Padma himself bestows the supreme empowerment. Equal to the ten bhumis. Common aging is warded off, life is prolonged, and all diseases of the four humors, and all kinds of spirit-related wind diseases are destroyed. The eon of hunger, thirst, and famine is destroyed. One can fly in the sky and walk on the ground. One can pass through water, rocks, and earth without obstruction. One can control the four elements at will. Strength, power, and glory are fully possessed. The vidyadhara of life is manifested. Samaya! Seal! Seal! Seal! This profound essence heart drop instruction, as a condition for the profound Dharma life accomplishment, was written on profound paper in dakini script. For the benefit of the future, it was hidden as a treasure. May it meet with those who have karma, and may it accomplish the benefit of spreading the Dharma and benefiting beings! Samaya! Seal! Seal! Seal! Seal the treasure! Seal the hiding! Seal!
