May it meet with those who have karmic connection!\n\nThat is, the preliminary, main part, and subsequent part are spoken of, divided into three sections. The preliminary is examination and taming; the main part is relying and applying to activities; the subsequent part is benefits and vows. First, the sequence of examination: Male stalactites are rough and hard, like horse teeth; female stalactites are soft and smooth, like sinews; hermaphrodite stalactites are like water. Relying on male stalactites increases desire; obstacles and hindrances become very harsh. Female stalactites are the nature of nectar; the accomplishment of desires is quickly attained. Hermaphrodite stalactites cause all diseases; abandon the nature of disturbing elements and obstacles. Second, the sequence of taming: A yogi with bodhichitta seeks stalactites with characteristics. To the guardian of the white side, offer golden libation and entrust activities. Visualize the earth goddess, Tenma, offering the supreme substance, nectar. Having recited thus, collect it in a clean vessel. On a hard stone slab, pound it like barley, remove impurities, wash it with water, and grind it finely. After taming it thoroughly, cook it in an iron pot with a mixture of water and milk. Add bone marrow fat, old butter, honey, brown sugar, cane sugar, and arura beforehand and cook it well. Dry it in the sun until it is reduced to two parts. Make one part into stalactite, and use it with tsampa, sour porridge, roasted flour, etc., according to the practitioner's constitution. Second, the sequence of the main part, first, the sequence of relying: Oneself as the protector Amitayus, on the crown of the head with the generation stage, visualize one's own root guru, surrounded by the lineage gurus. 祈请加持使此精华得以运用，祈请加持使我不执着于享乐的魔力诱惑。往昔的长寿自在持明者们，以圆满的发心和愿力，祈请加持于我，此时赐予殊胜共同成就。如此再三祈请，接受四灌顶并融合心意，像糌粑一样食用，或者食用酸奶，或者根据自己的喜好加入炒面等。如果已经习惯并感到厌倦，就只食用钟息。第二，将其用于事业：将甘露之王钟息与陈年骨髓和红糖混合，长期食用能极好地消除和解脱各种风病。将甘露之王钟息与冰糖、蜂蜜和乌头混合，食用能摧毁胆病。将甘露之王钟息与姜、豆蔻、蓽茇混合，食用能消除痰病。将甘露之王钟息与石脂混合，能平息黄水病。将甘露之王钟息与余甘子、金色诃子、乌鸦眼混合食用，能消除眼翳。将甘露之王钟息加入羊头汤后服用，能消除耳聋。将甘露之王钟息与盐混合食用，能消除消化不良。第三，后续次第：如此处所示的利益是：断除喧嚣享乐的束缚，能胜任殊胜菩提心，增进禅定，生起证悟，风心堪能，清净中脉，四大通透无碍，获得无老长寿自在持明，净化四大类的重病。第二，誓言次第：调伏风脉，发动拙火，将阿（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）和吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）的明点压入要处，戒除大蒜、洋葱、蔬菜、萝卜，以及冷食、羊肉、黑油和面粉，远离火、太阳和邪淫，处于圆满次第的无分别禅定中，修持长寿的仪轨、咒语和观想。萨玛雅（藏文：ས་མ་ཡཱ，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：誓言！）。嘉嘉嘉（藏文：རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：gya gya gya，汉语字面意思：印印印！）。唉玛火！从印度圣地，开启了秘密真言空行母的秘密宝藏。我莲花生，是千佛的事业者，在西藏这片土地上，建立佛教，降伏了神魔，将无上法藏埋藏于地下，为了未来的众生。

Pray repeatedly in this way, receive the four empowerments and blend your mind with it, consume it like tsampa, or yogurt, or add roasted flour etc. according to your preference. When you are familiar with it and feel weary, consume only Chongshi. Second, how to apply it to activities: Mix the king of nectar, Chongshi, with old bone marrow and molasses. Consuming it for a long time will greatly eliminate and liberate various wind diseases. Mix the king of nectar, Chongshi, with rock candy, honey, and aconite, and consuming it will destroy bile diseases. Mix the king of nectar, Chongshi, with ginger, cardamom, long pepper, and consuming it will eliminate phlegm diseases. Mix the king of nectar, Chongshi, with rock oil, and it will pacify serous fluid. Mix the king of nectar, Chongshi, with myrobalan, golden terminalia, and crow's eye, and consuming it will eliminate blurred vision.
