I beseech you to grant me the extracted essence of the heart of all longevity practices. Having requested thus, the great teacher said: Listen, Jomo Tsogyal! I am the consoler of all the Buddhas of the past, the welcomer of all the Buddhas of the future, and the sacred son of all the Buddhas of the present. Since the blessings of all the Buddhas have descended, and I have realized their intention correctly, I have a Dharma ocean like the Sutras and Tantras in my being. In particular, in the powerful cave of Mount Potala, the essence of thousands of longevity tantras that have been bestowed has been collected. There is a longevity Vidyadhara sadhana called "Completely Victorious over the Battlefield of the Four Maras." I will explain it to you. Write it down on precious yellow paper in copperplate script, and bury it as a treasure in the middle gate of Zabu Lung.
