地兔年。陈设小朵玛，作勾招遣返。祈请护法，朵玛供养护法。手持诛法器物，于间隙念诵诛杀咒语而诛杀。一半灵尸供于前置，作践踏。其后进入朵玛回遮正行：陈设石朵玛和小块肉灵食，数量与本尊数量相等。各作一次勾招遣返。念诵朵玛回遮，于本尊处，将朵玛供于前置，念诵回遮咒语，作扇拂。陈设朵玛食子，念诵，供于前置。余供回向，开金饮供养之门。于空行荟供轮和朵玛伞盖取四灌顶。智慧尊者观想于空中，誓言尊者收摄于自身。放替身，立吉祥炽燃，估量朵玛。念诵罪状。于门外作火供，说三遍真实语。若作广，则如诛法正行而作。如胜乐金刚般作诅咒委托。祈请护法而抛掷。祈请安住朵玛而抛掷。观想所有朵玛尖端皆指向敌方。护持教法。于修行室门槛下，跳马舞。返回后，于修行床上，作招寿命、吉祥、回向、祈愿等广大之事。 此乃大持明者所说。吉祥！ 降伏魔女黑之事业第三之口诀。

Earth-Hare year. Arrange small tormas and perform the summoning and returning. Invoke the Dharma protectors and offer the small tormas to the protectors. Hold the instruments of subjugation and, at intervals, recite the mantra of killing and subjugate. Offer half of the linga corpse to the front and trample it. Then, enter the main practice of torma reversal: Arrange stone tormas and small pieces of meat linga, equal in number to the deities. Perform one summoning and returning for each. Recite the torma reversal, and at the place of the deities, offer the torma to the front, recite the reversal mantra, and fan. Arrange the torma offerings, recite, and offer to the front. Dedicate the remaining offerings, and open the door to the golden drink offering. Take the four empowerments from the Dakini Tsakali and the torma umbrella. Visualize the wisdom being in the sky, and gather the samaya being into oneself. Release the substitute, erect the auspicious blaze, and estimate the torma. Recite the list of transgressions. Perform a homa outside the door and speak the words of truth three times. If you do it extensively, do it according to the main practice of subjugation. Make a curse entrustment like that of Chakrasamvara. Invoke the Dharma protectors and throw. Invoke the abiding torma and throw. Visualize all the tips of the tormas pointing towards the enemy. Protect the doctrine. Under the threshold of the practice room, perform the horse dance. After returning, on the practice bed, perform extensive activities such as summoning life, auspiciousness, dedication, and prayers. This was spoken by the great vidyadhara. Mangalam!
