By the yogi who has perfected the practice of the emanation dakini, the demon-subduer, this is a method for raining down hailstones upon the enemies who destroy the Dharma. Having requested permission from Guru Rinpoche, I, Tsogyal, write it down. May it meet with those who have karmic connections! Samaya kha tam gya gya gya. Furthermore, if the enemy is very powerful, then the yogi who has completed the practice, in a secluded place, offers golden libation to the local deities, speaks the truth, and gives water offerings to the four guests. If it is barren land, then subdue the land, examine and take what is needed, and build a platform. If it is a village, monastery, dwelling, or other such place, then there is no need for a land ritual. However, the best place to accomplish this hailstorm is a desolate valley. There, build a square or triangular mandala, the size of which is appropriate for the dwelling. In the center of the mandala, dig a triangular pit. Clean the head of a ram well, and with ink made of poisonous blood, write this mantra on the left cheek: Phob ya phob ya. Hail, descend! Hail on the ground, descend! Hail in the sky, descend! Nal nal chem chem samaya. Naka naka gar ling phob. After writing that, on the right cheek write: Naga gula tsanti tsanti shar shar hril hril phrom phrom phob phob. Ya ya dza dza. After writing that, on the back of the head write: In the sky, hur hur chem chem. Nal nal la sha tsab tsab bh yo. Phob ya bh yo. Phob ya bh yo. After writing that, gather these substances: Snake eggs, swan eggs, wagtail eggs, musk, salt, female wild sheep, wild boar blood, leprosy blood, knife blood, the afterbirth blood of a widow, the brains of a stillborn puppy, the pubic hair of a prostitute, iron rust, black horse dung, sea foam, a mixture of ram and ewe dung. Grind these finely, roll them into balls, and coat them with ram's blood. Make three balls the size of eggs, and place them in the ram's head mentioned above. Bind the skull in a cross shape with colored threads.

Place it in the stove hole. Clearly visualize yourself as the Dakini who subdues demons. First, recite the mantra written on the lips; second, the left cheek; third, the right cheek; fourth, hold the mantras written on the back of the neck in a continuous session, reciting without interruption by idle talk. By diligently practicing in this way, the signs will appear in sequence: carrying newly laid eggs, carrying worms from dung, gathering ears of grain, a blacksmith forging a hammer, emptying dung, diverting water, and actually causing hail to fall. Clearly visualize yourself as the glorious Dakini, subduing all the heroes, Dakinis, gods, demons, and spirits. When marching to war in the enemy's territory, roar like a dragon, exhale breath like clouds, and emanate violent hail and lightning. Meditate and recite the heart mantras, and issue curses. Divide the substances into three parts: place one part in a skull cup and bury it in the center of the visualized mandala; burn one part with the flesh of a black frog in a place where the enemy's territory can be seen; and keep one part for subsequent subjugation. When performing this practice, recite the invocation of the Dakinis during each session and offer the session torma. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Furthermore, if you wish to cause hail to fall by relying on interdependent substances, take soil from a stable snow mountain and soil from the most powerful place in that region and mix them together. Scatter powdered precious coral on the ground and place it in a precious vessel, and within six days it will become moist. Then pour in ice crystals and leave it, and after nine days steam will rise. Then pour in excrement and leave it, and after eleven days the top of the practice room will become very moist. Then pour in urine, and after fifteen days liquid will appear on the roof of the room. Then mix it with green garlic from the enemy's territory, go to a place visible to the eye, pour it into a copper vessel, blow on it, and scatter it. Visualize the assembly of mother Dakinis, gods, demons, and spirits violently causing hail to fall, and recite the mantra of the Dakinis. As a samaya, do not place these substances among the offerings or the supports of body, speech, and mind. In an instant, it will destroy the enemy's territory. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya!
