Oṃ Jñāna Vajra Ā! Yuṣe Che Bhrūṃ Kāya Abhiṣiñca Oṃ Oṃ! Hold the longevity wine of the western mandala, place it on the throat, and say this: Hūṃ hrīḥ! Infinite Light Protector Amitāyus, the nectar of longevity descends from the secret sky, condensed in the Bhaṇḍa, becoming the empowerment of the speech of Rāga, by empowering the speech of the fortunate child, may this speech obtain the power to increase for a hundred years! Oṃ Jñāna Vajra Āyuṣe Che Bhrūṃ! Vākka Abhiṣiñca Āṃ Āṃ! Hold the vase of the eastern mandala, place it on the heart, and say this: Hūṃ hrīḥ! Ratnasambhava Ratna Amitāyus, pure causes and conditions, the essence of grains with a hundred flavors, the empowerment of longevity of Samādhi enjoyment qualities, by empowering the navel of the fortunate child, may the food and drink obtain the power to increase for a hundred years! Traṃ Jñāna Vajra Āyuṣe Che Bhrūṃ! Ratna Abhiṣiñca Traṃ Traṃ! Hold the arrow banner of the northern mandala, place it on the secret place, and tie it tightly, Hūṃ hrīḥ! Amoghasiddhi Karma Amitāyus, union and liberation, the arrow and banner as the support of longevity, by the power of compassion, unite life, merit, and wealth, by the power of ability, liberate from misguidance and obstacles, by empowering the body of the fortunate child, may the conduct obtain the power to flourish for a hundred years! Āṃ Jñāna Vajra Āyuṣe Che Bhrūṃ! Karma Abhiṣiñca Āṃ Āṃ! Offer the eight auspicious symbols and the surrounding supports, recite auspicious words and scatter flowers. O yogis of the practice lineage, may this empowerment ritual be practiced for the benefit of others. It should be concealed from sinful beings; may it be a friend to those who possess Dharma. Previously, in this Jambudvipa of Tibet, such an empowerment ritual has never been heard of. Padma is the essence of my heart; supreme accomplishment will be attained in this life.
