May it meet with those who have karmic connections! Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! In a harmonious, auspicious, and secluded place, arrange the mandala and empowerment substances according to the text. If a disciple with vows wishes to enter, supplement it with a hundred thousand recitations. After taking self-initiation, bathe the disciple, dispel obstacles, and meditate on the protective circle. After offering the mandala, explain the meaning of the empowerment. Administer refuge and generate bodhicitta according to the text. Common preliminary practices, Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Then, make the supplication: Emaho! Vajra Master, Lord of all Buddhas! Amitayus, refuge of all beings! Vidyadhara, supreme of the longevity siddhi empowerment! Please grant it to us! Three times. The Master says: Ho! You who possess the merit accumulated from previous lives, having entered this supreme longevity empowerment, protect the vows even if your life is at stake! Drink this nectar of secret water! Samaya! E den te hum! Pour the samaya water. Make fragrant marks on the three places. Burn incense. Play music. Invoke the wisdom being. As the rays of light shine, the disciple's life force, lifespan, decline, damage, and increase, the Three Roots, Vidyadharas, Accomplished Ones, and all the prosperity of samsara and nirvana, are gathered into the three syllables Ah, Nri, Hum. With the intention of the three doors of body, speech, and mind merging without duality, sing this in a melodious voice: Hum Hrih!
