Rabae. Whatever is cast is reduced to ashes and dust. Some circle around the summit of Mount Meru. All three thousand worlds tremble and are greatly disturbed. Some reverse and cast the noose of cause. Whatever is cast is shrouded in a blizzard of diseases. A thousand terrifying forms with the color of black darkness. Moving with fierce force and pursuing actions. A gathering of eight classes of black flesh-eaters, hundreds of thousands strong. Strutting and running in the midst of a firestorm. Millions upon millions of male and female spirits. Aiding and scattering in a swirling red blizzard. Tonight, in the pitch-black darkness of midnight. Hurl a conjured army against the oath-breaking enemy. Send down a rain of eighty ill omens and miraculous displays. Stir up internal strife, destruction, and various kinds of back-biting demons. Drive them from behind with the force of karmic winds. Wrap them in terrifying black darkness. Butcher them from the right with the executioner of life. Seize them from the left with a host of messenger-eaters. Sever the rope of the sky from above. Uproot the earth's foundation from below. Plunder the precious life force from the center of the heart. Do not let the oath-breaking enemy escape. Cut off the male lineage and generations from the root. Dry up the female lineage and offspring from the womb. Send down a rain of diseases, and let the eight classes devour them. Reduce the remnants and traces to dust without a trace. Saying this, recite fierce mantras, wave the ritual dagger, strike, and hurl the phurba. Perform lingam knife circles and suppress and burn according to the tradition. By directing the consumption of the eight classes and their retinues towards the enemy, contemplate that the enemy, along with their people, wealth, and retinue, is destroyed in an instant by nine methods of ruin. Dum tshe la gur wati rbad rbad. Rbad rbad tri sa du sa ma ya. Ban tri srog la ya. Thun tri nying la ya. Māraya. Citta kha hi. Citta kha hi. Ur wa. Ur wa. Gur tri gur tri. Tri srog la ya ya. Ra tri sho na ya. Ur ram ur ram. Gyuk gyuk. Breng breng. Thum thum ri li li. Always crush the bones, and let the blood burn and thicken. Recite this many times and clap the palms. This is called the mantra of the burning razor, so unless the enemy is extremely powerful, do not invoke this and this mantra for minor matters. Why? Because this is a secret instruction extracted from the charnel ground of the Cool Grove by the master Padmasambhava, and brought from the secret treasury of the dakinis, so it is extremely sacred, so only for minor matters.
