He stayed in retreat at the place of Dzongkham Shag. He placed the paper roll naked in front of the altar, thinking: The letters seem unreadable, and the need seems small. One day, the weather was cold. He was lying down wearing a zen robe when someone opened the door. He wondered who it was, and when he looked, it was a yogi with reddish hair and wearing a yellow cotton zen robe, who handed him a paper roll, saying, "It's this." When he opened it, it was the conduct of a yogi. He remembered the biography of the previous treasure revealer Ratna. He thought it might be Guru Rinpoche and made many prayers. He stood up from the door and looked, but there was no one there. When he came back and looked at the letter, it was an example of code writing. When he looked at the previous paper roll, he understood the meaning of the words. Many feelings of joy arose, and he sang and danced. He held a tsok khorlo. Konchok Tsering said, "Today the lama seems possessed." These are the ways to find the catalog. Refuge, the gathering of all, Lama Orgyen! I pray that you will look upon me with eyes of compassion. From this life to all lifetimes, relying on the vidyadhara Padmasambhava, may I obtain all supreme and common accomplishments.
