拉炯 吽！具吉祥智慧之怙主黑尊，以誓言护法海众作加持，内外供云等同虚空界，如是瑜伽我亦作加持。如是说，献朵玛，嘱托重任。智慧怙主之加持，依莲花生大师之教言，措嘉我书写，愿未来与具缘者相遇。教言护法请守护，རྒྱ༔ 萨玛雅，རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔ 康巴尼玛扎巴从芒域绛巴云处，于火阳龙年迎请，并从黄纸上翻译。有教言封印，故勿书写。萨瓦芒嘎拉姆（梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalam，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥！）。

La jor Hung! To the glorious wisdom protector, the black one, I invoke the oath-bound protectors, the ocean of them. Outer and inner offering clouds are equal to the expanse of space. Likewise, I, the yogi, invoke you. Thus saying, offer the torma and entrust the responsibility. The empowerment of Yeshe Gonpo (Wisdom Protector), according to the command of Guru Rinpoche, TsoGyal (Lake Queen) wrote this down, may it meet with those who have karmic connections in the future. Protectors of the teachings, please guard it. Gya! Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Khampa Nyima Drakpa brought it from Mangyul Jampa Trin in the year of the Fire Male Dragon (藏历火阳龙年), and translated it from yellow paper. There is a seal of secrecy, so do not write it. Sarva Mangalam (Sanskrit: सर्व मङ्गलम्, sarva maṅgalam, meaning: All auspiciousness!).
