当融入自身的寿命时，寿命福德的本体 吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），仲（藏文：བྷྲཱུྃ，梵文天城体：भ्रूं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：仲），尼（藏文：ནྲི་，梵文天城体：णृ，梵文罗马拟音：ṇṛ，汉语字面意思：尼），匝（藏文：ཛཿ，梵文天城体：जः，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ，汉语字面意思：匝），自身与自身的力量增长！ 智慧怙主的命令速疾，如手足般调遣，如奴仆般互相使用，将我等置于您的掌控之下，成为行事者。 之后，四位事业怙主的修法是，如此说道： 吽 遍！ 智慧怙主与眷属，以心咒供养，从增益中，赐予成就修持的持明者的殊胜悉地！ 赐予我等无死的悉地！ 此时，神圣至尊玛哈嘎拉众，调伏恶毒的事业怙主与眷属，以外内密的近修与修持，此时修持我等的神圣至尊，对于事业怙主与所有眷属，我等以心咒供养，神圣至尊与眷属玛哈嘎拉呀！ 再次供养秘密意义与修持，以慈悲加持，遣除障碍，祈请成为与心意相合的助伴！ 正文的赞颂是： 吽！ 从吽中生出的玛哈嘎拉呀！ 向伟大威猛的怙主身顶礼赞颂！ 成就四种事业的吉祥怙主黑众，向具足善妙眷属者顶礼赞颂！ 行持傲慢事业的智慧怙主众，向黑色千身顶礼赞颂！ 以嘎拉之声度化三千世界者，向威猛断除敌命者顶礼赞颂！ 从怖畏之面发出哈哈之声，向摧毁敌方势力者顶礼赞颂！ 以喜悦的笑声将三有置于掌控之下，以吽的声音使一切昏厥僵硬，向遍布三有的至尊，神圣至尊黑尊您顶礼赞颂！ 父亲般行持强大力量与能力者，断除敌命的玛哈嘎拉众，向摄伏自在的怙主您顶礼赞颂！ 如此向怙主祈祷的威力，遣除我等修持的障碍，身语意三化为灰烬，向随所托付而行事之怙主众赞颂！ 如是托付修持的事业，无碍成就所有心愿，安立修持，随心安乐而行，在初十、节日等时，亦当圆满誓言，如法修持，托付于善逝之教言护法，如理如实地奉行。

May the command attendants of the Wisdom Protector be swift and quick, directing like limbs, using each other like servants, may they be gathered under my control and become workers! Then, the means of accomplishment for the four action protectors is as follows: Hūṃ Bhyoḥ! To the Wisdom Protector with his retinue, through the offering of mantra recitation, from the accumulation of merit, grant the supreme siddhi of the accomplished vidyādhara! Grant me the siddhi of immortality! At this time, the assembly of the supreme deity Mahākāla, the action protectors who subdue the wicked, along with their retinue, through the approach and accomplishment of outer, inner, and secret practices, at this time, in the accomplishment of my supreme deity, to all the action protectors and their retinue, I offer the offering of mantra recitation! To the supreme deity and retinue, Mahākāla! Again, I offer the offering of secret meaning and accomplishment! Bless with compassion and dispel obstacles! I pray that you act as a companion in accordance with my mind! The praise from the text is: Hūṃ! To Mahākāla who arises from Hūṃ! I prostrate and praise the body of the great and powerful Protector! The assembly of the glorious black Protector who accomplishes the four actions! I prostrate and praise the one with the excellent retinue! The assembly of the Wisdom Protector who performs wrathful actions! I prostrate and praise the one with a thousand black bodies! The one who liberates the three thousand worlds with the sound of Kāla! I prostrate and praise the powerful one who cuts off the life of enemies! From the terrifying face, the sound of haha is proclaimed! I prostrate and praise the one who destroys the enemy's realm! With a joyful laugh, he subdues the three realms! With the sound of Hūṃ, all faint and stiffen! The supreme one who pervades the three realms! I prostrate and praise you, the black supreme deity! The one who performs great strength and power like a father! The assembly of Mahākāla who cuts off the life of enemies! I prostrate and praise you, the Protector who gathers power! Through the power of praying to the Protector in this way, may the obstacles that interrupt the accomplishment of myself and others, destroy body, speech, and mind into ashes, and I praise the assembly of Protectors who act according to what is entrusted! Thus, entrust the activities of accomplishment! Accomplish all the wishes of the mind without hindrance! Establish the accomplishment and act as you please! Also on the tenth day of the month, festivals, etc., fulfill the vows and accomplish according to the practice! Entrust to the Dharma protectors of the Sugata's teachings! Uphold the teachings properly.
