Homage to the body of the Glorious Great Compassionate One, Dispeller of the Darkness of Ignorance! For lazy yogis who do not practice, this secret path, the key to liberation, which allows one to attain enlightenment, is taught in three parts: preliminaries, main practice, and conclusion. First, the preliminaries are refuge, bodhicitta, and the seven-branch practice. First, taking refuge is: In the sky in front of oneself, visualize the three kayas—dharma, sambhoga, and nirmana—stacked on top of each other. The assembly of deities of the three kayas, in short, is surrounded by all those who are objects of refuge. With a strong renunciation, desiring to liberate oneself from the city of suffering of samsara, say this: Namo! Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, Nirmanakaya! Bhagavan of the ten directions and three times! To the three roots, dakinis, and dharma protectors, until enlightenment, I take refuge! Second, generating bodhicitta is: Namo! From this day until enlightenment, in order to liberate the six realms of beings from samsara, I generate the supreme, unsurpassed bodhicitta, the supreme and holy mind! Third, the seven-branch practice is: I prostrate to the Three Jewels! I offer outer, inner, and secret offerings! I confess all sins, obscurations, and downfalls! I rejoice in the merit of myself and others! I request the turning of the wheel of dharma! I beseech you not to pass into nirvana! I dedicate the merit for the attainment of buddhahood! May all beings attain buddhahood! Samaya! Gya gya gya! Second, the stages of the main practice are three: visualization, purification, and showing the limit. First, the visualization is: All the objects of refuge dissolve into light and become inseparable from oneself. One's own body also becomes empty, without any characteristics. From the play of the unobstructed appearance of the self-existing awareness of emptiness, like a bubble arising from water, in an instant, one becomes the secret wisdom dakini, red in color, radiant, naked, in a dancing posture. The right hand holds a curved knife marked with a lotus, and the left hand holds a vase filled with nectar at the heart. The two feet are in a dancing posture, with the attitude of greatly expanding bliss and emptiness. The body, which is the union of appearance and emptiness, is pressed upon a sun and moon lotus seat. Like a red silk tent spread out, the outer form is completely clear as the wisdom dakini, and in the center, the inner essence is vast and spacious in emptiness. The central channel has the characteristics of" } ] ============================================================

Visualize yourself as straight as an arrow shaft. In your heart, visualize a red light, like a bamboo node blocking the way, obstructed like a solar disk. Above it, contemplate the essence of your own mind, a five-colored bindu, about the size of a pea. Visualize the upper end of the central channel clearly appearing at the crown of your head. In the space of about one cubit, visualize Amitabha Buddha in Sambhogakaya form, surrounded by the Buddhas of the ten directions. Meditate without distraction until it becomes clear. Second, the practice: To Amitabha Buddha, the mandala assembly of the three kayas, with a mind free from doubt and hesitation, pray earnestly to be swiftly liberated from the city of samsaric suffering and led to the pure realm of the three kayas. Vigorously supplicate with intense compassion, and as you pronounce "ཧིག་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हिक्, Romanized Sanskrit: hik, Literal Chinese meaning: Abandon), the bindu, the essence of your own mind, pulsates intensely, touching the feet of Amitabha Buddha. As you say "ཀ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: क, Romanized Sanskrit: ka, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), visualize the bindu descending and abiding in your heart. Practice this repeatedly. Third, showing the signs: The tantra says, "From the bindu of wisdom in the central channel, merge into the heart of the Lama Amitabha. With the arrow of wisdom as the means of mantra, repeated practice brings warmth and tingling." When you practice diligently in this way, sensations such as tingling and swelling at the crown of your head, intense throbbing, and even fainting may occur, which are signs of accomplishment.ས་མ་ཡཱ༔ (Tibetan, Devanagari: समय, Romanized Sanskrit: samaya, Literal Chinese meaning: Samaya/Vow) རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔ (Tibetan, Devanagari: , Romanized Sanskrit: gya gya gya, Literal Chinese meaning: Seal Seal Seal) Third, the subsequent stages are twofold: applying it at the time of death and showing the benefits. First, applying it at the time of death: When the signs of death become clear to the yogi, and the stages of internal and external dissolution arise, encourage yourself with the realization that there is no refuge in the ocean of samsaric suffering. With strong renunciation, free from attachment to samsara in body, speech, and mind, offer fervent prayers. The bindu, the essence of your mind, shoots upwards intensely, merging and dissolving into the heart of Amitabha Buddha, inseparable from it. Visualize attaining perfect enlightenment, and recite the syllable "ཕཊ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट, Romanized Sanskrit: phat, Literal Chinese meaning: Phat) as many times as possible, synchronizing it with the cessation of breath. Second, showing the benefits: The tantra says, "Above the nine orifices, is the gate to Sukhavati. When the karmic imprints and the physical body are destroyed, even those who have committed the five heinous crimes will be liberated by this path."
