Burn gugul incense and dispel obstacles. Meditate on the protective wheel. Straighten the line of karma, generate and absorb the assembly of deities, and perform bathing, supplication, and extensive consecration. Scatter flowers with many verses of auspicious praise. Make extensive offerings and praises. The dharani mantras are the speech of all the Victorious Ones. The body images are the body of the Sugatas. The relics are the complete blessings of all the minds. Consider that all beings seen by the eyes are of the nature of attaining the state of the noble ones who dispel the darkness of ignorance, and make pure prayers as much as possible. Samaya. The third, subsequent order is: This teaching of seeing liberation, connect it with the liberation through touch, and place it under the eaves of the palace of Kanika, or at the crossroads of a market inn. In short, in a place with heavy traffic of beings, build a place of fearlessness like a temple. By residing there, whoever, whatever sentient being sees it, will be liberated into the realm of the three bodies in the order of the accumulation of merit. This is not a deceptive word.
