斯布钦古汝秘密岩洞之路标 斯布钦古汝秘密岩洞之路标 斯布钦古汝秘密岩洞之路标 敬礼！ 斯布钦古汝秘密岩洞之路标 存焉。 顶礼咕汝仁波切，皈依！ 于大圣地空行母百万聚之法座，狮子交叠而卧之座上，我，女身益西措嘉，向咕汝仁波切如是请问： “通达三世之上师大尊，祈请为我讲述斯布钦古汝秘密岩洞之路标，朝拜圣地住处图的利益。” 如是请问后，咕汝仁波切如是说道： “措嘉，以恭敬心谛听并记录下来。此大圣地之路标为：山谷上部朝北，下部朝向东南，于形似弯刀之山谷口，向右上方眺望一箭之遥，有一石山，形似猫头鹰之头。空行母猫头鹰面者作为门卫而住，故献祭桑烟与朵玛，供奉谷物，并祈祷遣除障碍。 之后，朝北方向，于一由旬之路上，越过形似罗刹咽喉之隘口，有冷杉与圆柏等多种树木堆积如山，此处，乔沃宗扎石，以调伏之姿态示现，十二地之护法神居住于此，故以桑烟、肉食、血食、谷物等供养，祈祷遣除恶缘与障碍。 其侧有一白色石块，形似坛城，其上有我邬金之足迹。另有一白色石块，其上有五部空行母自然显现。又有一白色石块，其上有白色明灯自然显现，故当向彼等顶礼，祈求成就，然后前行。 之后，从一箭之遥之处，向西眺望一由旬，越过左右山峦形似结跏趺坐之处，心境清明，觉性澄澈，山谷上部朝向西北，下部朝向东南，各种树木如云般茂密，猴子、豹子、熊、棕熊等摇曳生姿，各种鸟儿发出悦耳之声，于右侧形似蛇盘绕之岩石端头，有一极大之岩洞，名为金刚亥母之秘密岩洞。”

The Guide to the Secret Cave of Puchen Guru The Guide to the Secret Cave of Puchen Guru The Guide to the Secret Cave of Puchen Guru resides. Homage and refuge in Guru Rinpoche! Then, on the great sacred site, the Dharma seat of the gathering of a hundred thousand Dakinis, the throne of the interlocked reclining lions, I, the woman Yeshe Tsogyal, asked Guru Rinpoche thus: "Great Master who knows the three times, please tell me the benefits of seeing the guide to the secret cave of Puchen Guru, the residence map of the sacred site." Having asked thus, Guru Rinpoche spoke as follows: "Tsogyal, listen with respect and write it down. The guide to that great sacred site is as follows: The upper part of the valley faces north, and the lower part faces southeast. From the mouth of the valley, which is shaped like a crooked knife, look upwards to the right for the distance of an arrow shot, and there is a rocky hill that looks like the head of an owl. The Dakini Owl-faced one resides there as a gatekeeper, so offer incense and torma, offer grains, and make prayers to clear away obstacles. Then, looking north, on the path of one yojana, crossing a pass that looks like the throat of a Rakshasa, there are many kinds of trees piled up like a mountain, such as junipers and cedars. There, Jowo Dzong Drak, in a subjugating posture, shows the twelve guardians of the place, so offer incense, meat, blood, and grains. Pray to clear away bad conditions and obstacles. Beside it, there is a white rock shaped like a mandala, on which there is the footprint of me, Orgyen. Also, on another white rock, there are the five classes of Dakinis self-arisen. Also, on another white rock, there is a white lamp self-arisen, so pay homage to them, ask for accomplishments, and then go on. Then, from a place one arrow shot away, look west for one krosa, and crossing over the mountains on the right and left that look like sitting in the lotus position, the experience becomes clear and the awareness becomes bright. The valley faces northwest at the top, and southeast at the bottom. Various plants are thick like clouds, and monkeys, leopards, bears, and brown bears move about in a swaying manner. There are many flocks of birds making sweet sounds. On the right side, at the end of a rock that looks like a coiling snake, there is a very large cave, which is called the secret cave of Vajravarahi."

接着，右边是父系传承的本尊众，左边是母系传承的本尊众，从洞的深处向外显现，寂静忿怒本尊一百部众自然显现安住。洞内的门面上，三怙主（观音，文殊，金刚手）如同岗陀拉宫殿的形状，在其中凸显而清晰地安住，因此转绕会供轮，祈祷，就能获得殊胜和共同的成就。它的右边，像羽毛一样的岩石山脊，那里有中阴的险道，越过它，就能发起救度一切众生脱离中阴的祈愿。左边有一个小而黑的洞穴，那是措嘉（益西措嘉佛母）修习大圆满黑关引导的地方，进入其中，就能从中阴黑暗的恐惧中解脱。从那里向上，越过眼睛所能及的距离的地方，有一个叫做“普钦古汝的秘密洞穴”的洞穴，在右侧的地方，有一个岩洞，手伸进去就能摸到水，那是莲师修长寿法时所用的水，喝了它就能平息寿命的障碍，在那上面，无量寿佛父母自然显现安住。洞穴的左右两边，修法八教的本尊众自然显现安住。门楣的表面上，八十位大成就者自然显现安住。向上走的门边右侧，有一个水晶佛塔，有一百层台阶，在藏历每月十五的斋日，天界帝释天和大力自在天等都会沐浴和礼拜的地方，仅仅看到就能断除堕入恶趣的生门，那里有一个大悲观音，被八大近侍围绕的宫殿。左边安住着大菩提塔。这个修行洞穴是莲花生我本人修长寿法七天的地方，因此亲眼见到了那些本尊众，并且融入了这个修行地，所以在未来有缘的男女们，如果向它祈祷，那么所有殊胜和共同的功德，就会像向如意宝祈祷一样成就。那个修行洞穴右边的岩石顶端，有一个像鸟巢一样的天然洞穴，那是莲花生我修习大圆满妥噶的地方，因此发起成就无余涅槃的祈愿。在那岩石的根部，有一个像宝珠形状的洞穴，那是莲师我修习黑暗

Then, on the right side are the deities of the father lineage, and on the left side are the deities of the mother lineage. From the depths of the cave, facing outwards, the hundred peaceful and wrathful deities naturally reside. On the doorframe inside the cave, the three protectors (Avalokiteśvara, Mañjuśrī, Vajrapāṇi) are clearly and prominently present in the shape of the Gandhola palace. Therefore, circumambulating the tsokhor lo (assembly wheel), and making prayers, one will attain supreme and common siddhis (accomplishments). To its right, there is a rock ridge resembling a feather, where there is a narrow passage of the bardo (intermediate state). By crossing it, one can make prayers to liberate all sentient beings from the bardo. On the left side, there is a small, dark cave, which is the place where Tsogyal (Yeshe Tsogyal) practiced the dark retreat guidance of the Great Perfection teachings. By entering it, one will be liberated from the fear of the dark bardo. From there, upwards, at a distance that the eye can reach, there is a cave called "Puchen Guru's Secret Cave." On the right side, there is a rock cave where one can reach out and touch water. This is the water that Padmasambhava used when practicing longevity, and drinking it will pacify obstacles to life. Above it, Amitāyus (Tsepakme), the Buddha of Limitless Life, appears naturally with his consort. On the left and right sides of the cave, the deities of the Eight Heruka Sadhanas naturally reside. On the surface of the lintel, eighty-four mahasiddhas naturally reside. On the right side of the entrance going upwards, there is a crystal stupa with a hundred steps. On the fifteenth day of the waxing moon, the gods Indra and Mahadeva bathe and prostrate there. Just seeing it will cut off the entrance to the lower realms. There is a palace of Great Compassion (Avalokiteśvara) surrounded by the eight close sons. On the left side, there is the Great Bodhi Stupa. This practice cave is where Padmasambhava himself practiced longevity for seven days. Therefore, he saw those deities face to face and merged into this practice place. So, in the future, if fortunate men and women pray to it, then all supreme and common qualities will be accomplished like praying to a wish-fulfilling jewel. On the top of the rock to the right of that practice cave, there is a natural cave in the shape of a bird's nest, which is where Padmasambhava practiced Tögal of the Great Perfection. Therefore, make prayers to accomplish the exhaustion of the physical body. At the base of that rock, there is a cave in the shape of a jewel, which is where I, Padmasambhava, practiced darkness.
