Having contemplated that all pervasive things have the appearance of bliss moving and shimmering, pray for the blessing to make bliss and emptiness workable. Pray for the blessing to accomplish the unpolluted Dharmakaya. After supplicating in this way many times, insert the blue five-pronged vajra of the father, marked with the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) at its center, onto the pistil A (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿) of the mother's lotus. Contemplate that all the deities of the generation stage are also in union, and remain evenly in an uncontrived state for a moment. Then, when the bliss subsides, engage slightly. When bliss arises, light radiates from the union of the guru father and mother, which arises from the self-appearance of the clear light of the heart. It strikes the guru father and mother at the crown of the head. Meditate that the guru father and mother, together with the root chakras, are clearly light, and hold the mind for a moment. Loosen the body and mind, and remain uncontrived. Then, when the bliss subsides, engage for a moment, and when bliss arises, light radiates from the crown of the head. Hold the mind on the guru father and mother of the throat, and the root petals shining as light. Loosen the body and mind, and remain uncontrived. Then, again, when the bliss subsides, engage slightly, and when bliss arises, light radiates from the throat. It strikes the guru father and mother of the heart, together with the clear light of the base. Hold the mind on the heart's root chakra, clear as the wisdom of light. Loosen the body and mind, and remain for a moment uncontrived. When the bliss subsides, engage slightly. When bliss arises, five-colored light descends from the clear light of the heart. Hold the mind on the guru father and mother of the navel, together with the root chakra clear as light. Slowly loosen the body and mind, and remain uncontrived. When the bliss subsides, engage slightly, and when bliss arises, hold the mind on the guru father and mother of the secret place, and the root chakra shimmering as light. Loosen the body and mind, and remain uncontrived. When the bliss subsides, engage slightly. Contemplate that all of one's own body, together with the deities of the elements, is shimmering as empty-clear, five-colored rainbow light, and hold the mind. Loosen the body and mind, and remain uncontrived. When the bliss subsides, engage slightly, and from that body shining as a mass of light, light radiates. It strikes the mother. All that is formed as the mother's body of flesh, blood, and solids dissolves into the expanse of five-colored light drops. Ah.

Those that have become the nature of wisdom, flow from the vajra tube of the father; the father's light is the nature of skillful means, and the mother's light is the nature of wisdom, the two are inseparably mixed; all defiled dharmas dissolve and are liberated into the space of undefiled vajra-like wisdom; from that vajra-like wisdom without an object of focus, a five-fold light of awareness dawns; that also dissolves into the non-duality of Samantabhadra father and mother; in the state of being undifferentiated, it is placed beyond the mind all at once. In between these sections, one should shake the dance of the Yangti; it is important to only hold the essential point of the wind outwards. Then, the father and mother separate, shake with the syllable "Ha," and sprinkle a small amount of nectar; strive to purify the five limbs as in other practices; dedicate the merit of undefiled experience and realization wisdom to sentient beings with defilements. Samaya (藏文，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，vow). Gya Gya Gya (藏文，无对应梵文，无对应梵文罗马拟音，Victory Victory Victory). The third is the subsequent sequence, which explains the benefits and the samaya. First, the benefits: When one practices this text properly, the clinging of body, speech, and mind will be liberated in their own place, and the undefiled vajra-like wisdom of bliss will be manifested; defiled karma and the aggregates of wind elements will also be liberated into undefiled; the best is that in this life one will go to the Khechara in a light body; the intermediate is that in the bardo, one will attain enlightenment through the merging of the mother and son of the luminosity of dharmata; even the worst will be born miraculously from a lotus in the pure land of the Nirmanakaya, and there is no doubt that one will manifest and attain enlightenment in the form of the father and mother deities. Temporarily, karmic winds will flow naturally, and all diseases, evil spirits, obstacles, and obscurations will be transformed as if swept away by a broom. Second, the samaya: If one is completely overcome by afflictions, causing the experience and realization of the instructions to be lost and obscured, and the essence to decline, then various bad things will happen in this life; in the next life, one will be born in hell, which is very bad, except for yogis who have integrated view, meditation, and action; because each is unique, it should be kept secret from those who are not qualified; even yogis who practice properly should protect the samaya like protecting the general samayas of secret mantra. The consort sought as a companion for this practice, if the secret gate is unchaste and violates the samaya, will be born in the hell of burning desire, so one must abide in pure samaya. To unqualified beings: A-tham-re.
