If one practices without interruption, fifty times for the medium practitioner or at least thirty times for the least, the diligent one will undoubtedly achieve Khechara (sky-faring) in this very life. Samaya! Gya gya gya! When practicing in this way, there is no fatigue in the body, one is as swift as a horse and floats like the wind, walks in the sky and does not sink in water. When the crown appears on the head, the contaminated aggregates are liberated into the uncontaminated, and the Khechara of the Vajra body is accomplished. Speech is exhausted in the realm of expression, and whatever is spoken becomes the sacred Dharma. The arising and entering of wind is purified in the central channel, and at that time the Khechara of speech is accomplished. Non-conceptual samadhi arises spontaneously, the five lights are full of bindus, and the appearance of form seems to be full of rainbows and light. At that time, the crown of the head itches, and the Khechara of non-conceptual mind is accomplished. Anoint the body and head with sesame oil, and control the illusory wheel by massaging and pressing. This is the wind of supreme wisdom, the nature of contaminated and uncontaminated is liberated, it is the wind yoga for accomplishing Khechara. Samaya! Gya gya gya! Seal! Secret! Profound! Samaya! Gya gya gya! Wind practice, bliss and emptiness, uncontaminated.
