那洛巴大师教言集NARO20ལྷན་ཐབས། 1-4-9b ༄༅། །ལྷན་ཐབས། ༄༅། །ལྷན་ཐབས་ཡིན་ནོ། །དཔལ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ ལོ། །དང་པོ་རང་སྐད་ཅིག་གིས་ཧེ་རུ་ཀར་བསམས་པའི་སྙིང་ཁར་ཡི་གེ་ཧཱུཾ་བསམས་པའི་འོད་ཟེར་གྱིས། བླ་མ་དང་། བདེ་མཆོག་ལྷ་ལྔའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་སྤྱན་དྲངས་ཏེ། ཡིད་ཀྱིས་ ཕྱག་བྱས་མཆོད་པ་དབུལ། དེ་ཡང་གཟུགས་རྡོ་རྗེ་མ་སྐུ་མདོག་དཀར་མོ་ཕྱག་ན་མེ་ལོང་བསྣམས་ལ། སྐུ་ཕྱི་ནང་མེད་པར་གསལ་བར་བྱེད་པ། སྒྲ་སྔོན་མོ་པི་ཝང་བསྣམས་པ། ཏྲི་སེར་མོ་ དུང་ཆོས། རོ་དམར་མོ་ཐོད་པ་བྱང་སེམས་ཀྱིས་བཀང་བ། རེག་བྱ་ལྗང་ཁུ་ལྷའི་ན་བཟའ་པཎ་ཙ་ལི་ཀ་བསྣམས་པ་སྤྲུལ་ལ། ཡི་དམ་གྱི་ལྷ་བཞེས་གཅིག་ཅེས་དབུལ། དེ་ནས་བདག་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ སྙིང་ཁའི་ཡི་གེ་ཧཱུཾ་ལས་འོད་འཕྲོས་རིགས་ཀྱི་ཡུམ་བཞི་ལ་ཕོག་པས། མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ། ལ་མ། དུང་སྐྱེས་མ། གཟུགས་ཅན་མ་བཞིས་ཤ་ལྔ་བདུད་རྩི་ལྔས་བཀང་བའི་ཐོད་པ་ཐོགས་ 1-4-10a ཏེ་མཆོད་པར་བསམ། དེ་ནས་ཡུམ་ལ་ཐིམ་ནས་བདེ་བས་མཆོད་པར་བསམ། ཕྱིའི་མཆོད་པ་ནི་མེ་ཏོག་ལ་སོགས་པའོ། །སྙིང་ཁའི་ཧཱུཾ་ལས་འཐེན་པར་བསམ། དེ་ནས་སྡིག་པ་བཤགས། མདུན་གྱི་ལྷ་གཤེགས་སུ་གསོལ་དེ་ནས་ཧཱུཾ་གི་འོད་ཟེར་ནས། ས་བྷ་བས་སྟོང་པ་ཉིད་དུ་བསམ། སྟོང་པའི་ངང་ལས་རམ་ལས་ཉི་མའི་སྟེང་དུ་ཧཱུཾ་ལས་འོད་ ཟེར་འཕྲོས་ཏེ། ཁམས་གསུམ་གྱི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་དཔལ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀའི་རང་བཞིན་དུ་གྱུར་ནས་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ལྟེ་བའི་ཧཱུཾ་ལ་ཐིམ། དེ་གྱུར་པ་ལས་བདག་ཉིད་ཧེ་རུ་ཀར་གྱུར་པར་བསམ། དེ་ ཡང་རྒྱ་ཆ་ལུགས་དང་ལྡན་པར་བསམ་མོ། །དེ་ནས་རང་ཉིད་ཀྱི་སྙིང་གར་སྣ་ཚོགས་པདྨ་བསམས་ཏེ། དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་འོད་འཕྲོས། རང་དང་འདྲ་བའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་སེམས་དཔའ་མདུན་གྱི་ནམ་ མཁའ་ལ་སྤྱན་དྲངས་ནས་ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿབདག་ཉིད་ལ་བསྟིམས་པར་བྱའོ། །སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་པ་ནི། དཔྲལ་བ། མགྲིན་པ། སྙིང་ཀར་པདྨ་དང་ཟླ་བའི་སྟེང་དུ་ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿ ཧཱུཾ་གསུམ་བསམ། ཡང་དེ་ཉིད་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་འཕྲོས་ཏེ། བདེ་མཆོག་ལྷ་ལྔའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་མདུན་གྱི་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་སྤྱན་དྲངས་ཏེ། སྔར་བཞིན་མཆོད་ནས་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ། གཙོ་བོའི་ 1-4-10b ཐུགས་ཁ་ནས་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་ལྷ་མོ་ཕྱུང་ཏེ་(སྟེ་)བདག་ལ་དབང་བསྐུར་ནས། དབང་རྟགས་མི་བསྐྱོད་པ་བྱུང་བར་བསམ། དེ་ནས་བདུད་རྩི་མྱང་བར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་རྫོགས་རིམས་འདི་ལྟར་བསྒོམས་ ཏེ། འཁོར་ལོ་བཞིའི་སྤྱི་བོར་ཧཾ། མགྲིན་པར་ཨོཾ། སྙིང་གར་ཧཱུཾ། ལྟེ་བར་ཨ་བསམས་ཏེ། སྔར་བཀོད་པའི་འཁོར་ལོ་ཚོའི་དྲི་མ་དང་ཡི་གེ་བསྲེགས་པར་བྱས་ལ། ཧམ་ལས་བྱང་སེམས་ ལྟེ་བའི་ཨ་ལས་བབས་པས་བདེ་སྟོང་དབྱེར་མེད་དུ་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱའོ། །དུ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་རྟགས་རྙེད་ནས་སྤྲིན་མེད་པའི་ནམ་མཁའ་ལྟ་བུའི

Collection of Instructions Collection of Instructions Homage to glorious Heruka! First, visualize yourself instantly as Heruka. At your heart, visualize the syllable Hūṃ (Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ, Body Speech Mind). From the Hūṃ syllable, rays of light emanate, inviting the guru and the mandala of the five deities of Chakrasamvara. Mentally offer prostrations and offerings. Further visualize: the form aggregate as Vajra Mother, white in color, holding a mirror in her hand, making everything clear inside and out; the sound aggregate as blue, holding a lute; the smell aggregate as yellow, holding a conch shell; the taste aggregate as red, holding a skull cup filled with bodhicitta; the touch aggregate as green, wearing celestial garments and a garment of human skin. Offer these as offerings to the yidam deities. Then, visualize that from the Hūṃ syllable at your heart, light radiates, touching the four consorts of the families: Dakini, Lama, Conch-born, and Form-possessing. They hold skull cups filled with the five meats and five nectars, as offerings. Then, visualize merging into the consorts, offering with bliss. External offerings are flowers, etc. Visualize withdrawing from the Hūṃ syllable at your heart. Then confess your sins, and request the deities in front to return to their abodes. Then, from the light of the Hūṃ syllable, visualize everything as emptiness. From emptiness, visualize the syllable Raṃ transforming into a sun disc, upon which the Hūṃ syllable emanates light, illuminating all sentient beings in the three realms, transforming them into the nature of glorious Heruka, merging into the Hūṃ syllable at the vajra navel. From this, visualize yourself also transforming into Heruka. And visualize having the vast rituals. Then, visualize various lotuses at your heart, upon which light emanates. Invite the wisdom being, identical to yourself, into the space in front, and recite Jāḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ (Unite, Pierce, Bind, and Bless) merging into yourself. Blessing body, speech, and mind: visualize a lotus and moon at the forehead, throat, and heart, upon which are the three syllables Oṃ (Body), Āḥ (Speech), and Hūṃ (Mind). Again, from these syllables, light radiates, inviting the mandala of the five deities of Chakrasamvara into the space in front, offering and praying as before. From the heart of the main deity, emanates the goddess of qualities, bestowing empowerment upon yourself, visualizing that you receive the empowerment symbol of Akshobhya. Then taste the nectar. Then practice the completion stage in this way: visualize the four chakras, Haṃ (Space) at the crown chakra, Oṃ (Body) at the throat chakra, Hūṃ (Mind) at the heart chakra, and Āḥ (Speech) at the navel chakra. Burn the previously visualized wheels and syllables, and from Haṃ (Space) descends bodhicitta, and from Āḥ (Speech) at the navel chakra, visualize the inseparability of bliss and emptiness.
