The guidance of the Body Vajra. Secondly, the virtue in between, the life force exertion is preceded by the Vajra recitation to tame the channels. The main practice is to mix the signs of emptiness and form, wind and mind, inseparably and practice them. Finally, through the application of the vase breathing, the signs of clear light actually appear within the body, which means that the ten life winds are blocked in the central channel. In this, the mixing of the life force with the life exertion causes it to dissolve into the bindu of the central channel, which is the holding. In the five chakras, through the application of vase breathing and visualization, emptiness and form are drawn and visualized to dissolve. In each location of the chakras, it is practiced until one can stop the vase breathing as desired. The two life holdings are the guidance of the Speech Vajra. Then, in this way, with the key of gaining control over wind and mind in the five or six chakras, one freely uses the blazing appearance of inner heat. Having gained control over bliss wind and the knots of the channels are released. The bliss is generated by the melting of the "Hum" at the crown of the head by the fire of the navel's inner heat, and the experience of the four joys is drawn based on any of the three: karma, wisdom, and Mahamudra, which is recollection. The very bliss drawn by such recollection, in order to accomplish the unchanging bliss, draws the special experience of the four joys of ascending and descending. Emptiness and form and bliss are inseparable, and in each location of the chakras, the unchanging bliss is drawn by the vase breathing. From the first moment of unchanging bliss to the completion of twenty-one thousand six hundred moments, by becoming accustomed to it, the movement of the white and red elements is unwavering and stable within the central channel, which is unchanging bliss. The special experience of the union of emptiness, which is endowed with all perfections, is Samadhi. Based on this, the innate wisdom body is accomplished. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! A summary of the Compendium of Wisdom.
