The Summary of Condensed Wisdom. The Summary of Condensed Wisdom. In explaining this Summary of Condensed Wisdom, there are three aspects: the meaning of the title, the meaning of the main text, and the meaning of the conclusion. First, it is called "The Summary of Condensed Wisdom." The term "wisdom," derived from the Sanskrit word Prajñā (Sanskrit Devanagari: प्रज्ञा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: prajñā, literal Chinese meaning: wisdom), refers to the best and most excellent of all knowable things, or to thoroughly knowing, which means comprehending the nature of objects without any distortion. Specifically, it can also be explained as being based on the ultimate meaning (Sanskrit, Sanskrit Devanagari: परमार्थ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: paramārtha, literal Chinese meaning: ultimate meaning) and knowledge (Sanskrit, Sanskrit Devanagari: ज्ञान, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: jñāna, literal Chinese meaning: knowledge), becoming the object of the inner ultimate meaning. However, here it should be understood as knowing as it is all knowable things or their state of existence. Therefore, the essence of wisdom is to thoroughly distinguish all phenomena. Its divisions are the three, such as that arising from hearing. Its function is to dispel the darkness of ignorance. The merit of its function is that it becomes the basis of all goodness in this life and the next. Such various names of wisdom, which are widely explained in the sutras, tantras, and treatises, are condensed into one point here, which is "condensed." This is also a summary of the aspects of wisdom, so it is both "condensed" and a "summary." What is said to be condensed and summarized? It is all that belongs to the aspect of learning of wisdom. This title makes it possible to know which direction it belongs to, from which collection it is condensed, for what purpose it is, etc., because it mainly explains the learning of wisdom. Second, the meaning of the main text includes three aspects: prostration, the actual content of the main text, and the act of completing the conclusion. First, there is prostration to the lama, etc. Second, there are the four verses of the main text, such as hearing. Third, there is the treasury of the Victorious One's Dharma. Generally, the five stages can be summarized as the three preliminaries of isolation, the two truths of the main practice, and the result of union. First, the preliminaries include the three isolations of body, speech, and mind. Here, the body isolation, which is the yoga of the Vajra Body, is made as the preliminary of Vajra recitation or speech isolation, and the nature of the completion stage is explained as the first of the five stages. Vajra recitation means that by becoming accustomed to the inseparability of the sound of the three syllables from the three places of entry, dwelling, and exit, one knows the colors of the winds of the four protectors, and further knows the winds of the goddesses, so that one can guide them as desired. In this way, the foundation for stabilizing the wind-mind is laid. Then there is mind isolation.

Now, the Vajra Yoga of the Heart is the method of gathering wind and mind into the central channel. As explained in one's own Guhyasamaja and others, in the center of the blue light at the heart, in the middle of a bindu the size of a mustard seed, visualize a black nada (藏文:ན་དཱ།,梵文天城体:nadā,梵文罗马拟音:nada,汉语字面意思:that) as thick as a hundred horsehairs, or visualize a hand implement, and mix it with one's own mind and meditate, which will generate three appearances like the moon, sun, and darkness. The main practice is divided into two truths: First, the conventional illusory body, which has two aspects: meditative equipoise and post-meditation. First, focus the mind on the empty space in front, and single-pointedly place the three winds. At the end of the appearance of the three signs, take the inexpressible end of clear light as the proximate cause for the three appearances to arise in reverse order. Depending on the co-operative condition of the wind, light, and five wisdoms, countless empty forms appear. In particular, the deity's form, which is the nature of illusion, appears as a clear and empty water moon and rainbow, which is the actual pure illusory body. In the post-meditation that arises from that, practice seeing all phenomena as appearances that are not true, like illusions, and spend the days and nights in this way. Second, the ultimate clear light, think of the appearance of the deity's form, etc., as empty through the door of either absorption or subsequent destruction, and settle into stillness. The signs of smoke, etc., are more subtle and clear than in the previous state of mental isolation. Finally, experiencing the clear light like a cloudless sky is the main practice. Based on this, one can also realize the clear light of deep sleep and death. Third, the resultant union is the arising of the deity's form of the illusory body from the state of clear light, which is the union of appearance and emptiness. {7}. The six applications are: After completing the four preliminaries or the three isolations, during the day in a cloudless sky, and at night in a starless darkness, through the door of binding, rest the space between the eyebrows and one's own mind inseparably together. By gathering the scattering of the five senses to external objects, the signs of the karmic winds entering the central channel are seen to be complete with the thirteen signs of smoke, etc., which is the gathering in. Meditation is: Gaining stability in the empty form that was previously accomplished through gathering in. That is, perfecting the five branches of meditation and manifesting the vastness of empty forms. The two, gathering in and meditation, are: First, virtue
