Protect the lord of beings! Now, by taking the essence of speech, May evil speech and demons not descend, May evil speech arise as glory and fortune. Even demons, hearing it, give rise to divine thoughts. Wherever it is proclaimed, may qualities arise. However it is spoken, may it be of great benefit. Rely on the body on the summit of Mount Meru, Offer libations to the great ocean. Behold the four continents and subcontinents with your eyes. Reside as a sign and proclaim it beautifully. The blessings of Manjushri are so great. The truth of Dharma is so profound. The power of the Three Jewels is so wondrous. The strength of interdependent origination is so amazing. By the infallible truth of the supreme, It is victory, victory to the gods! Having said this, with joy, dance, and feast, escort it to the summit of a high mountain. Give the escort various foods as provisions for the road, and when they arrive home, give them white scarves and other auspicious items. Consider yourself as the body, speech, and mind of existence and peace, and recite one hundred thousand times Om Ah Hum At that time, if many signs and good omens come, there is no doubt. By the power of interdependent origination, it is impossible not to benefit. From then on, no matter how good or bad is proclaimed, do not be even slightly worried in your mind. No matter how strong the evil speech is, it will turn into the glory of desired benefit. Do not regard evil speech as a fault, and do not perform rituals to transform and suppress evil speech. If you do that, the power of this will be destroyed. Otherwise, it will definitely not harm or change, and it will definitely benefit. Written spontaneously by Mipham (མི་ཕམ་, Mipham) on the fifteenth day of the eleventh month of the Wood Monkey year of Rabjung. May virtue and goodness increase like the sky! May there be auspiciousness! Reversing Evil Speech. Print. Interdependent Origination for Taking Fortune.
