་གི་བླ་ཚེ་ཉམས་འཁྱར་ཡར་བ་དང་། །གདོན་བགེགས་བྱད་ཀྱིས་བརྐུས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བཀུག །ནམ་མཁའ་རླུང་མེ་ཆུ་ས་འབྱུང་བའི་བཅུད། །ནམ་མཁའི་དབྱིངས་ཁྱབ་ཁམས་གསུམ་སྐྱེ་རྒུའི་དཔལ། །ལྷ་དང་དྲང་སྲོང་ གྲུབ་པའི་སྟོབས་རྩལ་དང་། །ཉི་ཟླ་ནོར་བུ་དཔག་བསམ་གཏེར་གྱི་གཡང་། །སྲས་བཅས་རྒྱལ་བ་རྩ་གསུམ་ཚེ་ཡི་ལྷའི། །མི་ཟད་བྱིན་རླབས་གསང་བའི་ཚེ་མཆོག་བཅུད། །མདོར་ན་འཁོར་འདས་ལམ་གྱི་དཔལ་ཡོན་ཀུན། །འོད་ལྔའི་ཐིག་ལེ་སྐུ་དང་ཡིག་འབྲུ་དང་། །ཕྱག་མཚན་བཀྲ་ཤིས་རྫས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་པ་རུ། །ཁབ་ལེན་རྡོ་ཡིས་ལྕགས་བཞིན་བསྡུས་ནས་ཀྱང་། །མཁའ་དབྱིངས་འོད་དུ་འཁྱིལ་བའི་ལུ་གུ་རྒྱུད། །དྭངས་མ་སྲོག་གི་རྟེན་ལ་བསྟིམས་མཛད་ནས། །མི་ཤིགས་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཚེ་ཡི་ཀ་བ་ཚུགས། །རྩ་ང་ཐིག་ལེ་ལུས་ཀྱི་འབྱུང་བ་གསོས། །ཉམས་རྟོགས་ཡེ་ཤེས་མཐུ་རྩལ་ནུས་པ་སྤེལ། །འཆི་མེད་འོད་སྐུ་འགྲུབ་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །འཁོར་འདས་བདེ་ཆེན་ཐིག་ལེར་གྲོལ་བའི་དཔྱིད། །རང་སྣང་ཡེ་ཤེས་བདུད་རྩིའི་སྤྲིན་ཆེན་ལས། །རྩ་གསུམ་རྒྱལ་བ་དགྱེས་པའི་བྱིན་རླབས་རྒྱུན། །འཛད་མེད་ཆར་དུ་ཕོབ་ལ་དགེ་མཚན་བསྐྱེད། །གསང་བའི་དམ་རྫས་རྣམས་ལ་བཅུད་མཆོག་བསྐྱིལ། །རྩ་རླུང་རིག་པའི་ཁམས་ལ་བདེ་དྲོད་སྤོར། །གསང་མཆོག་བསྒྲུབས་པའི་རྟགས་མཚན་དངོས་སུ་སྟོན། །རེ་བའི་འབྲས་བུ་དུས་འདིར་མཆིས་པར་མཛོད། །རིག་སྟོང་ཀུན་ཁྱབ་གདོད་མའི་ཡེ་ ཤེས་ནི། །རང་བྱུང་འཕོ་འགྱུར་བྲལ་བའི་ངང་ཉིད་དུ། །འཕོ་ཞིང་གཡོ་བའི་འགྱུར་བ་ཀུན་བསྡམས་ནས། །གཞོམ་མེད་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐུ་རུ་འགྲུབ་པར་མཛོད། །ཅེས་ཚེ་བཀུག་ནས་མཐར་རྒྱས་གདབ་གསུམ་གྱི་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་བྱ་སྟེ། དེ་ཡང་དང་པོ་ཚེ་མི་ཉམས་པར་གནས་པའི་ཕྱིར་སྲུང་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་བྷྲཱུྃ་གྱིས་རྒྱས་གདབ་པ་ནི། ཚེ་བཅུད་ཐམས་ཅད་བཀུག་ནས་བསྟིམ་པའི་མཐར། བྷྲཱུྃ་ལས་འོད་འཕྲོས་པས་ཕྱིའི་ཉི་ཟླའི་གའུ་སྒོ་ང་ལྟར་སྲུབས་མེད་པ་སྲ་བརྟན་རྡོ་རྗེའི་རང་བཞིན་དུ་གྱུར་པས་ཚེ་ཉམས་ཤིང་འཕོ་བ་མེད་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་པར་བསམས་ལ། བྷྲཱུྃ་གཅིག་པུ་ཅི་རིགས་བཟླ། དེ་ནས་བར་ཆད་དང་གནོད་པ་སྲུང་ཕྱིར་དྲག་པོ་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་ཡི་གེས་རྒྱས་གདབ་པ་ནི། ཧཱུྃ་བཟླས་པས་གའུའི་ཕྱི་ནས་ཧཱུྃ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྩེ་གསུམ་པའི་དྲྭ་བ་ལུ་གུ་རྒྱུད་དུ་འབྲེལ་བ་ལྟེ་བར་ཧཱུྃ་གིས་མཚན་པས་གའུ་དང་གདན་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྒྱ་གྲམ་མི་ཕྱེད་པར་བཅིངས་ཤིང་གང་གིས་ཀྱང་མི་ཚུགས་པའི་རང་བཞིན་ཅན་དུ་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་པར་བསམས་ལ། ཧཱུྃ་ཇི་རིགས་པ་བཟླའོ། །གསུམ་པ་ནམ་ཡང་མི་འཕོ་བའི་ཕྱིར་དུ་གཞོམ་མེད་ཀྱི་ཡི་གེས་རྒྱས་གདབ་པ་ནི། དྭངས་མའི་སྲོག་བཅུད་དེ་དག་གཉུག་མའི་སྲོག་དང་རང་བཞིན་གྱིས་འདུ་འབྲལ་མེད་པར་ཤེས་པའི་ལྟ་བས་གདོད་མའི་རིག་པ་འགྱུར་མེད་བློ་འདས་ཀྱི་ངང་ལ་བཞག་ཅིང་དེའི་མདངས་སྐྱོང་བཞིན་ཨ་ཞེས་བཟླས་པས་རྒྱས་གདབ་པར་བྱའོ། །རྟགས་མཐོང་ནས་རྫས་ལས་དངོས་གྲུབ་བླངས་ཤིང་ཐུན་མཐར་མཆོད་བསྟོད་ སོགས་ཆོ་གའི་ལས་རྗེས་གཞུང་ལྟར་བྱའོ། །ཟབ་ཨི་ཐིཿ རིག་འཛིན་བརྒྱུད་པའི་མན་ངག་གི་སྙིང་པོ་ཡིན་ཆོ་གསང་རྒྱ། རབ་ཚེས་ལྕགས་སྦྲུལ་ཟླ་བ་གསུམ་པའི་ཚེས་ཉེར་གཅིག་ལ་བྲིས་སོ་དགེ། །། ཡང་གསང་ཚེ་ཡི་སྒྲུབ་པ་འཆི་མེད་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྲོག་གྲུབ།

The essence of the elements of space, wind, fire, water, and earth, The glory of space pervading all beings in the three realms, The power and ability of gods and accomplished sages, The auspicious light of the sun, moon, jewels, wish-fulfilling treasures. Together with the Buddhas and the three roots, the gods of life, The inexhaustible blessings, the secret and supreme essence of life. In short, all the glory of the paths of samsara and nirvana, Transform into the body, letters, and, The forms of implements and auspicious objects in five-colored light points. Gathered like a magnet attracting iron, The continuous flow of light swirling in space. Infused into the pure source of life, Establish the indestructible vajra pillar of life. Nourish the elements of the channels, bindus, and body, Increase the experience, realization, wisdom, power, and ability. Pray for the accomplishment of the immortal light body. The source of samsara and nirvana dissolving into the great bliss bindu, From the great cloud of self-arisen wisdom nectar, Pour down the stream of blessings that please the three roots and Buddhas, Pour down endless rain and create auspicious signs. Infuse the supreme essence into the secret samaya substances, Elevate the bliss and warmth of the channels, winds, and wisdom realms. Actually manifest the signs of accomplishing the supreme secret, Pray that the desired fruit be achieved at this moment. The primordial wisdom of awareness and emptiness pervading all, In the self-born, unchanging nature, Control all the movements and changes that flow and move, Pray for the accomplishment of the indestructible vajra body. Thus, after recalling life, finally perform the three interdependent sealings. That is, first, in order for life to abide without decline, seal with the king of protection, BHRUM (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable). After recalling and infusing all the life essence, visualize BHRUM (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) emitting light, like the egg of the outer sun and moon amulet, without gaps, transforming into the solid vajra nature, thereby blessing life to be without decline and change. Recite as much as possible the BHRUM (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) itself. Then, in order to protect against obstacles and harm, seal with the wrathful one's heart letter. When reciting HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), visualize from the outside of the amulet, a net of three-pointed vajras arising from HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) continuously connected, marked in the center with HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), thereby binding the amulet and the seat indissolubly, and blessing it with a nature that cannot be penetrated by anything.

Written on the twenty-first day of the third month of the Rabjung Iron Snake year, may it be virtuous! །། Again, the secret longevity practice, the accomplishment of the immortal Vajra life.
