Suffering and meaninglessness! Now, in order not to do that, it is necessary to distinguish between the samsara and nirvana of the body. After doing this, generate the thought that the body will not return to samsara! Hell has the suffering of heat and cold; pretas have the suffering of hunger and thirst; animals have the suffering of being exploited; humans have the suffering of birth and death; asuras have the suffering of fighting; gods have the suffering of falling, etc. Take each of the sufferings of samsara into your own mindstream, and try to remember the various forms and behaviors of those sufferings. Second, distinguishing between the samsara and nirvana of speech: In the "After Nirvana" it says: "In order to precede speech, speak the various sounds of the six realms." Therefore, the sound of speech also creates duality, and thus wanders in samsara. From now on, distinguish between the samsara and nirvana of speech, and vow not to wander in samsara! The sound of hell's heat and cold, such as "A tsa! A na! A chu kye hud!" etc.; the hunger, cold, hunger and thirst of pretas; the sounds of animals, such as "U, bu, ba, wang, khang," etc.; the crying, wailing, sorrow, and howling of humans, etc.; the asuras' "Kill! So! I will kill you! I will hit you! Kill him!" etc.; the songs and dances of the gods, etc., as soon as they are finished, they say, "The tree is withered, the water is dried up, if I die, I will fall into the lower realms," etc. In short, say as much as you can remember! Third, distinguishing between the samsara and nirvana of mind: In the "After Nirvana" it says: "In order to precede mind, take the suffering of the six realms into your mind." Therefore, one's own mind is originally inseparable from the mind of the Buddha, but due to the power of ignorance, it wanders in samsara! Now, in order not to wander in samsara, vow to distinguish between the samsara and nirvana of mind, and visualize experiencing the suffering of the six realms one by one in your own mindstream, and place it upon your mindstream! That is, the body makes the actions and gestures of the six realms; the speech speaks their respective sounds; the mind thinks of those sufferings; after each one, observe the nature of the experiencer! The sign of mastering these is that if the body has no attachment, acceptance, rejection, hunger, or thirst, then the body has distinguished between samsara and nirvana! If understanding arises from the guru's instructions, without clinging to the words, but naturally understanding their meaning, then the speech has distinguished between samsara and nirvana! The mind is clear and transparent, without confusion or discrimination, and bliss and emptiness,
