Now, leave it unadulterated and naturally. Second, the Yoga of Speech Vajra: When the mind rests on the indestructible bindu at the navel, due to the stimulation of the lower wind, that bindu is drawn to the center of the heart chakra, like a bee hovering around the stamen of a lotus, visualize it vibrating and trembling while emitting the sound of "ཧྲཱིཿ" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanized: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih), and clear the waste air. Focus on the natural flow of the three aspects of wind—rising, entering, and abiding—reciting about twenty-one times, counting each breath, so that the wind is not disturbed and the natural flow is recognized. Regarding the three aspects of wind—rising, entering, and abiding—as the sound vibrations of "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanized: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), "ༀ" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanized: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), and "ཨཱཿ" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanized: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), through the gateway of knowing that wind and mantra are inseparable, when projecting the sound "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanized: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) outward, visualize five-colored rays of light radiating from the heart bindu, passing through the central channel, emerging from the space between the eyebrows along with the air from the nostrils, spreading throughout all containers and contents, purifying everything with clarified butter. When drawing the air inward with the sound of "ༀ" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanized: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om),

I gather all these into the wind, and in accordance with the way of dissolving into oneself, one dissolves into oneself, just as the steam in a mirror disappears, the form of one's own deity also gradually gathers from the edges, dissolving into the inner bindu (Tibetan: དྷཱུ་ཏི་). The bindu dissolves into the indestructible bindu in the heart. Then, the indestructible essence of one's own mind is gathered into the letter ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: shě), and one holds the mind for a long time in this extremely subtle state. The letter ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: shě) is also dissolved into the inconceivable realm of reality, and one abides in luminous emptiness. In this way, by knowing one's own nature, one recognizes the self-nature and remains for a long time in that non-conceptual state of clarity and luminosity, until finally the clarity of the mind is recognized, and like a fish leaping from the water, one instantly manifests as the deity of the mandala. Meditate repeatedly on the deity as merely an appearance, without grasping at it as real, in the manner of recognizing one's own nature. In the post-meditation period, regard all appearances as good signs of samadhi, and carry them onto the path without acceptance or rejection, like illusions and dreams, and then rise from meditation. Finally, dedicate the merit to unsurpassed bodhi. Thus, for the benefit of those who wish to continuously practice the root instructions of Garwang Chenrezig (Great Compassionate One), with complete visualization in each session, these root outlines have been written. This was done due to the instructions of the supreme incarnation-son of the venerable lama, the great representative of the Victorious One, who possesses wisdom, compassion, and ability, and also at the urging of my own younger brother, Jetsun Ananta Shila, by the elderly monk Dharma Shri, completed in one session on the fourth day of the Saga month (fourth month of the Tibetan calendar), may it be auspicious! May this, written on the very day that I received the oral transmission from the glorious lama, also enable beings to constantly enjoy the benefits of the Vajrayana yoga. May all the worlds be auspicious!
