The A in the navel chakra dissolves, the HUM at the crown chakra blazes and drips, the entire body from the crown chakra downwards is filled, when bliss arises, from the HUM syllable, the descending bindu reaches the secret place, constantly meditate with blissful erectness, abide in the state of bliss, again with the forceful pull of HUM, pull it upwards and spread it out, once accustomed to this, rely on the bliss of uniting equally with the wisdom mother, abide in the state of great bliss, primordial purity, when clear emptiness wisdom becomes familiar, whatever arises, recognize it as awareness, without negating or fabricating, leave it in its own place. Especially visualize the three channels clearly, and abide in the lotus posture, binding, and equanimity. Expel the stale air, HUM (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: HUM) A (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), hold the mind and draw the lower wind upwards, holding the mind on the HUM (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: HUM) at the heart, bind the upper wind downwards from above, in whatever state of wind practice and equanimity, without conceptualizing, the coming and going is always slow, at that time light arises from the dhuti, think of the body as clear as crystal, the coarse transforms into subtle wind, the eyes do not move, look at the sky, experience the clear and pure wisdom, when it arises, recognize its meaning, and cherish prolonged meditation. The method of non-conceptual meditation is, straighten the body, practice the wind, do not move the eyes, on the form, syllable, or bindu, instantly focus the mind and gather it tightly, without fabrication, without adulteration, without change, like the sky is pure, abide in non-conceptualization without beginning or end, if it wanders, the wanderer is one's own mind, color, shape without recognizability, if it abides, the abider is the mind of awareness, self-liberated, the original state of being, without acceptance or rejection, hope or fear, calculation, abide in the great emptiness, rootless great bliss. Or write A (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) in front, remembering the unborn and gazing intently, when the mind naturally abides in that, relax in a state without object, sometimes like a crow from a ship, wherever it goes, recognize and be mindful, sometimes the white dhuti, from the navel to the crown, inside the abiding bindu, think of the white one moving back and forth, from this various emptiness experiences arise, if sinking, the white bindu between the eyebrows, think of it rotating like a bean, sometimes abide equally without object, in between sessions recognize awareness, relax and do equal meditation, by this non-conceptualization will become familiar, afterwards all of outer and inner existence, is self-appearance like a dream, appearing but without truth like a moon in water, merely interdependent like an illusion, look without attachment, anger, hope, or fear.

Whatever disturbing emotions and thoughts arise, like waves dissolving into the ocean; whatever arises, take it as the path of Dharmakaya; existence and non-existence, appearance and emptiness, are merely labels; samsara and nirvana, self-appearing, free from clinging to truth; acceptance and rejection, hope and doubt, are merely mental constructs; but in reality, train in the non-dual Dharmakaya; the instructions of the completion stage are the true teachings. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Revealed by Rigdzin Terdak Lingpa from Ngamshö Namchak Drak (in present-day Tibet Autonomous Region).
