Having clarified the place of refuge, I take refuge from the depths of my heart and bones, abandoning all that should be abandoned, and accepting all that should be accepted, regarding the deities of the refuge as inseparable from myself. May all beings of the three realms, whether parents, relatives, or enemies, since there is no one who has not been my mother, abandon partiality, and aspire to be free from suffering and possess happiness. To guide those beings who have not been liberated in the past, generate the mind of enlightenment, exchange happiness and suffering, and cherish them from the depths of your heart with immeasurable compassion. In order to completely purify all the sins and obscurations accumulated throughout lifetimes, and all non-virtuous actions of karma and afflictions, visualize the Lama Kuntuzangpo Vajrasattva. Above the ordinary head, on a lotus and moon disc, the white syllable "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) radiates and gathers, Vajrasattva is white and radiant, holding a vajra and bell, adorned with the ornaments of the Sambhogakaya, seated in the vajra posture. In his heart, on a moon disc, in the center of a white and clear five-pronged vajra, is the syllable "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽), surrounded by the mantra garland of Vajrasattva, rotating clockwise and reciting with sound: Oṃ Vajrasattva Samaya, Manupalaya, Vajrasattva Tvenopatiṣṭha, Dṛḍho Me Bhava, Sutoṣyo Me Bhava, Supoṣyo Me Bhava, Anurakto Me Bhava, Sarva Siddhi Mṃe Prayaccha Sarva Karma Su Ca Me Cittaṃ, Śreya Kuru Hūṃ, Ha Ha Ha Ha Ho, Bhagavan Sarva Tathāgata Vajra Ma Me Muñca, Vajrī Bhava, Mahā Samaya Sattva Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སཏྭ་ས་མ་ཡ༔ མ་ནུ་པཱ་ལ་ཡ༔ བཛྲ་སཏྭ་ཏྭེ་ནོ་པ་ཏིཥྛ༔ དྲྀ་དྷོ་མེ་བྷ་ཝ༔ སུ་ཏོ་ཥྱོ་མེ་བྷ་ཝ༔ སུ་པོ་ཥྱོ་མེ་བྷ་ཝ༔ ཨ་ནུ་རཀྟོ་མེ་བྷ་ཝ༔ སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་མྨེ་པྲ་ཡཙྪ་སརྦ་ཀརྨ་སུ་ཙ་མེ་ཙིཏྟཾ༔ ཤྲེ་ཡ་ཀུ་རུ་ཧཱུྃ༔ ཧ་ཧ་ཧ་ཧ་ཧོ༔ བྷ་ག་ཝཱན་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་བཛྲ་མཱ་མེ་མུཉྩ༔ བཛྲི་བྷ་ཝ༔ མ་ཧཱ་ས་མ་ཡ་ས་ཏྭ་ཨཱཿ), recite hundreds, thousands, ten thousands, or hundreds of thousands of times. The stream of nectar descends from the mantra garland of Vajrasattva's body, and all diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations are purified. At the end of the session, Vajrasattva dissolves into light, and in an inexpressible state, relax and release, and sins and obscurations will be purified. To perfect the two accumulations, the root is the mandala offering. In the space in front, visualize the assembly field of the three kayas and deities. With reverence, offer the desirable objects of enjoyment that please the Nirmanakaya, the four continents, eight subcontinents, Mount Meru, etc., and the offerings of gods and humans to the Sambhogakaya. Offer the pure realms of Brahma and the sound of drums, bindus, and countless bindus with the mind. For the Dharmakaya, offer the primordial, pure, and undefiled wisdom into the vast expanse of primordial purity. Gather the mandala offerings and dissolve them into oneself. By offering in this way, one attains the fruit of the three kayas. Pray to the Guru, the embodiment of all Sugatas and the guide on the path of liberation, as the main object of offering. On a beautiful lotus throne above one's head, the root and lineage lamas are clearly stacked on the right, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas
