་ཏེ། ལྷོ་རི་བྱ་རྐང་གི་རི་ལ་འཛེགས་ཏེ། རི་གསུམ་གྱི་དབུས་སུ་རྩྭ་བཏིང་སྟེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཕྱག་དར་ཁྲོད་ཀྱི་སྣམ་སྦྱར་གྱོན་ཏེ། བྱམས་པའི་གསུང་རབ་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་མི་ཉམས་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་ཏེ། ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་དུ་མ་བསྟན་ནས་མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདས་སོ། །དེའི་གདུང་བྱམས་པའི་བསྟན་པ་ལ་དགོངས་ནས་ཀུན་དགའ་བོས་མཆོད་རྟེན་བརྩིགས་པར་བགོས་ཏེ་མ་སྐྱེས་དགྲས་མཆོད་རྟེན་བརྩིགས་ཏེ་བཞུགས་སུ་གསོལ་ལོ། ། བཀའ་བསྡུ་དང་པོ།

之后，登上南方的鸟足山，在三座山峰的中央铺设草地，世尊身披拂尘中的粗布衣，为了慈氏的教法兴盛而不衰败，赐予加持，示现种种神变后入灭。他的遗骨因为顾及慈氏的教法，由阿难陀分配建造佛塔，未生怨王建造佛塔供奉。

Then, ascending the southern Bird Foot Mountain, he spread grass in the center of the three peaks. The Bhagavan, wearing the coarse cloth from the dust-wiping, blessed it so that the teachings of Maitreya would flourish and not decline. After displaying various miracles, he passed into nirvana. Considering the teachings of Maitreya, his relics were divided by Ananda for the construction of stupas, and Ajatashatru built a stupa to enshrine them.
