སེམས་ཀྱི་སྤྱོད་ཡུལ་ཡིན། །ཕྱྭ་དང་དབང་ཕྱུག་ལ་སོགས་པ། ། 1-609 འབྱུང་བཞིའི་བྱེད་མཁན་མ་ཚོལ་བར། །སེམས་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ངང་ལ་གང་དགར་ཞོག །སྣང་བ་སྒྱུ་མའི་རང་བཞིན་དང་། །རྟེན་ཅིང་འབྲེལ་པར་འབྱུང་བ་ཡི། །གནས་ལུགས་བརྗོད་པར་མི་ཤེས་ཀྱི། །བརྗོད་བྲལ་གྱི་ངང་ ལ་གང་དགར་ཞོག །ཞེན་པ་བཞི་བྲལ་བཤད་པ་ཡི། །དགེ་བ་འདི་ཡི་བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱིས། །འགྲོ་བ་བདུན་པོ་མ་ལུས་པ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ས་ལ་འགོད་པར་ཤོག །ཞེན་པ་བཞི་བྲལ་གྱི་གདམས་ངག་རྣལ་ འབྱོར་པ་གྲགས་པ་རྒྱལ་མཚན་གྱིས་དཔལ་ས་སྐྱའི་དགོན་པར་སྦྱར་བའོ།།

是心的活动范围。 不要寻找创造地、自在等和四大种的作者， 安住在心性本然的状态中。 显现是幻化的自性， 是缘起性空的。 其真实状态无法言说， 安住在不可言说的状态中。 以宣说四种不执著的功德， 愿所有七道众生， 皆能安立于佛陀的果位。 四种不执著的教言，由瑜伽士扎巴坚赞（གྲགས་པ་རྒྱལ་མཚན།）在吉祥萨迦寺撰写。
English
Is the realm of the mind. Do not seek the creator of earth, the powerful one, etc., and the maker of the four elements, Rest freely in the natural state of mind itself. Appearances are of the nature of illusion, Are dependently originated. Its true nature is beyond expression, Rest freely in the state beyond expression. By the merit of explaining the four detachments, May all seven types of beings, Be established in the state of Buddhahood. The instructions on the four detachments were composed by the yogi Drakpa Gyaltsen (གྲགས་པ་རྒྱལ་མཚན།) at the glorious Sakya Monastery. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
