For the external ablution, visualize the offering goddess pouring water from a vase, reciting: 'Om Shri Sarva Tathagata Abhisinca Samaya Shriye Hum'. For the internal ablution, visualize that from Akanishta (Ogmin,梵文:Akaniṣṭha,the highest Buddha-field) , from the union of Heruka (Bde mchog,梵文:Cakrasaṃvara,a principal deity in Tibetan Buddhism) and his consort, four Bodhicitta goddesses pour nectar from skull-cups onto your crown. For the secret ablution, visualize Bodhicitta descending from the syllable 'Hum' at the crown, pervading all the channels. For the ablution of suchness, realize that your own mind is inseparable from reality, free from the defilement of ignorance. The yoga of offering the mandala is: offering a mandala made of earth or precious substances. The formless offering is offering within one's own body, that is, sitting in the vajra posture, with hands in the meditation mudra. Then suppress the upward-moving air, visualize your navel as the emanation wheel, red, with eight petals, on which are arranged white Tibetan letters in a clockwise direction, with 'Ah (A)' in the center, and on the eight petals are 'A', 'Ka', 'Tsa', 'Kra', 'Ta', 'Pa', 'Ya', 'Sha' [in a cluster]. Then slightly stimulate the air, visualize the nature of the five nectars descending from the syllable 'Ah', the upper rays blazing, offering to the guru who abides on the crown. The utterly formless offering is: in the center of the cluster of the four immeasurables, offering the nature of Bodhicitta as uncontaminated wisdom. The seven-branch practice is: reciting the seed syllable 'Dhrum', go to the jeweled mansion. Visualize the guru Vajradhara (Rdo rje 'dzin pa,梵文:Vajradhara, the primordial Buddha in Vajrayana) seated on a jeweled throne, with all the yidams and Kagyu gurus abiding around and above and below. Prostrate with the body, take refuge with the speech, make offerings with the mind, confess sins through the door of repentance, rejoice in merits, turn the unsurpassed wheel of Dharma, pray not to enter nirvana, and dedicate all roots of virtue. [Also recite:] Guru Vajra Acharya, Chakrasamvara and Yogini, Mandala of body, speech, and mind, Please look upon me with compassion. Whatever sins I have committed, I confess them all individually. With body, speech, and mind, I prostrate with reverence. Yidam spontaneously accomplished in the three kayas, I take refuge in the unsurpassed Three Jewels. In the nature of great bliss, I offer with outer, inner, and secret play. I rejoice in all the merits accumulated in the three times.

Please turn the wheel of the supreme Dharma. Please, those who dwell in the ten directions and three times, do not pass into sorrow, but remain and be entreated. May all the virtues accumulated in the three times be dedicated to the great Bodhi. May all limitless sentient beings be victorious in a state of bliss. [The yoga of transforming food into nectar is: the best is clear light, the intermediate is the illusory body, and the lowest is eating in the manner of offering to the yidam deity.] By reciting 'Om Ah Hum', visualize yourself as abiding in the deity. Then, by reciting 'Om', visualize the vessel as a precious skull cup, becoming one. By reciting 'Ah', visualize the food transforming into the nature of nectar, with all impurities and defilements being boiled away and expelled, appearing like milk. By reciting 'Hum', visualize the Hevajra father and mother residing in your heart, with bodhicitta descending from the 'ham' (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable) at the crown of your head, pouring into the skull cup in your left hand, and enjoying it. These are all dissolved into bliss and emptiness, thereby enjoying it. Then, by reciting 'Om Ah Hum', integrate these into the three doors of body, speech, and mind, and abide in emptiness. The behavioral yoga of transforming activities into the path is: the best is to transform the appearance from the state of clear light into the Dharmakaya and walk. The intermediate is to transform one's awareness into the path from the state of realizing the illusory body and walk. The lowest is to visualize whomever you meet as the yidam Hevajra and yogini. All sounds are the self-sound of mantra. All external worlds, such as earth, water, fire, and wind, are the pure land of Sukhavati, or like a soft Armolika stone slab, sinking when pressed and springing up when lifted. By transforming these into the path, there is no difficulty in transforming the current appearance. The yoga of sleeping is: when sleeping, abide in the state of clear light Dharmakaya. Dreams are the nature of the Sambhogakaya. When waking up from a dream, awaken to the nature of the Nirmanakaya. Awakened by the song of the yogini: although it appears as merely enjoying the images of deluded habits, its essence is emptiness, an illusory body without substance. One's own mind is free from all elaborations, abiding in a state of non-thought, which is clear light. In short, it is to transform the illusory body and clear light into the path.
