Moreover, since the eight states of being without leisure due to distraction and the eight states of being without leisure due to sudden events only exist in humans, both this and the longevity practice mention the eight states of being without leisure in the human realm. The three lower realms have been mentioned above, and the heavenly realm will be mentioned below. Therefore, when painting, it seems unnecessary to repeat the writing. Representation of the human world: In the front east, the Purvavideha continent is a white circle, with human figures, ornate houses, and treasure vases inside. On the right south, Jambudvipa is a blue semicircle, with people and houses, etc., depicting the landscape. In the back west, Aparagodaniya is a red crescent, with people and cows, etc., inside. On the left north, Uttarakuru is a green square, with trees, crops, and people, etc. In the middle gap, blue, thin, and disheveled naked people representing barbarians are depicted, wearing grass skirts to cover their lower bodies and holding curved knives and bows and arrows in their hands. Naked heretics with hair knots, representing wrong views, are depicted. An empty house representing a land where no Buddha has appeared is used to represent a pure land where no Buddha has appeared. Foolish people representing mutes or idiots are depicted sitting slowly. 5. Leisure of the Asuras: On the common base of Mount Meru, there are very prosperous houses and wish-fulfilling trees. At the end of the four-tiered steps, in the waters surrounded by the seven golden mountains and the ocean, there are armored men in many houses. From the sky above Mount Meru, in the red and black clouds, armored men hold knots, swords, bows and arrows, cannons, hail, and other weapons to fight the gods. Some are cursed and die, falling from the sky. Some have their heads and limbs cut off, etc. 6. Leisure of the Gods: On the common peak of Mount Meru, with golden mountains, water seas, and steps, etc., there is Indra in the house. Around it are the houses of the gods, wish-fulfilling trees, elephants, goddesses, etc. From the sky above, other heavenly realms are represented by a gradually expanding white base, with many heavenly houses and trees painted within the twenty or so levels that can be accommodated. The top four or so are empty, without houses, etc. The space between these four and the other lower heavenly realms is separated by a blue gap. 7. The Wheel of Six Realms: According to previous practice, hell is a black triangle with "དུས་" (Tibetan, काल, kāla, meaning "time") written on it; hungry ghosts are a red semicircle with "པྲེསྲ" (Tibetan, प्रेत, preta, meaning "hungry ghost") written on it; animals are a yellow circle with "ཏྲེསྲ" (Tibetan, त्रस, trasa, meaning "moving") written on it; etc., representing the lower realms.
