Desiring to bestow the empowerment of the Wisdom Protector, the Six-Armed Vajra, arrange a great torma adorned with ornaments, medicinal essences, and whatever other offerings are available, and bless them: Purify with Vajra Amrita (藏文：བཛྲ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ།，梵文：Vajra Amrita，梵文罗马音：Vajra Amrita，汉语字面意思：Vajra Nectar), cleanse with Svabhava (藏文：སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ།，梵文：Svabhava，梵文罗马音：Svabhava，汉语字面意思：Self-nature). From emptiness, Yam (藏文：ཡྃ།) arises as wind, Ram (藏文：རཾ།) arises as fire, and Kam (藏文：ཀཾ།) arises as three human head tripods. The wind stirs, the fire blazes, and the five meats and five nectars melt into light. From the three seed syllables, a stream of nectar descends. With the light from them, the three vajras of all the Buddhas are invited as wisdom nectar and dissolve into them. The Om (藏文：ཨོཾ།，梵文：Om，梵文罗马音：Om，汉语字面意思：Seed Syllable), moon, and vajra also melt into light and dissolve, becoming an inexhaustible ocean of nectar, complete with color, smell, taste, and power. Although you never stray from the pure nature of the Dharmadhatu, You manifest as a wrathful form to subdue the wicked. Swift-acting Protector, come here and accept these offerings and requests! In the midst of the blazing fire of the eon of wisdom, You manifest as a supremely wrathful form through skillful means. Great hero who destroys the unruly hordes of demons, Swift-acting Avalokiteshvara, I bestow empowerment! With compassion that constantly pervades beings, Although utterly peaceful, you appear in a supremely wrathful form. Dark as the clouds of the final age and eye medicine, Chief blood-drinker who terrifies, I bestow empowerment! With the great laughter of the utterly joyous vajra, You shatter the hearts of demons and Yama, splattering their brains. You cause gods, asuras, and unruly hordes to fall. To the unbearable, fierce chief, I bestow empowerment!

To the Victorious Ones pervading the limits of the ten directions' sky, To Avalokiteśvara, the embodiment of great compassion, To the supreme protector who grants all attainments and blessings, I beseech you to swiftly accomplish your activities, grant your blessings! With mouth agape, bared fangs, and three eyes blazing like fire, With beard, eyebrows, and hair bristling upwards, Adorned with the eight great nāgas and garlands of earrings, To the six-armed wisdom protector, I offer my blessings! With a precious diadem and a garland of blood-dripping heads, In your right hand, you wield a curved knife, rattle a skull-drum, In your left hand, you hold a skull-cup, a trident, and a lasso, Adorned with a flayed human skin, I offer my blessings! Standing with legs together and left leg extended in a giant's stance, You dance in various ways upon the heads of those who lead astray, Seated on a lotus and sun cushion beneath a sandalwood tree, I offer my blessings to Mahākāla, who makes it his abode!
